Right from the start of my first ride it couldnt have been better. New technology and me are at least 14 years apart. The security assisted me on how to get started . Then a conductor came and explained the rest and he was professional. Nicly groomed and was most dignified as I always believed what a conductor should be. The train was clean and sanitary. Seats all looked great. Heres the best part so far. I only had two mins to board. Hows that for effeciency. So has the love story just begun..im not throughh yet. Im now having a very pleasant ride on the metrlink...

The security guard here was really courteous and answered my questions. The station was clean and felt safe for the area it's located.

The tables feeling so grimy yet look clean ( had to switch from three tables to find one that seemed reasonable to sit at …made me decide the place is too dirty to be handling food that I’m meant to eat . Fairly clean restrooms, there’s AC , loud music giving bar hangout vibes ; there’s outlets to charge phone / laptop , friendly staff & security.

My first train ride and the security helped me get a monthly ticket and explained how the machine worked. The conductor was very nice and I like that it announced every stop. I take the train almost everyday to union station and it couldn't get any better. Also I'm only 6 minutes away from the station! Keep up the good work!

They offer restrooms inside but it’s confusing because they have a posted sign with hours but I suppose it’s for food and you think it’s closed

Have been using and working for this agency for about two or three years. This is the future of commuting to work, sport events, beach and other great attractions. Almost forgot.... Grama's house..

It's an okay station. There is always a problem with the ticket station. There is a lag on the press of the button so don't double press, just wait a bit. It also acts up sometimes with a card payment. The security is usually helpful and let's you know how to work it.
