Update:
experienced
this
pool
in
person,
and
it
is
wonderful,
especially
for
children
and
elderly
or
disabled.
There
is
a
ramp
leading
into
the
pool,
with
a
surface
underfoot
that
is
designed
for
traction.
No
worries
about
falling
while
descending
the
ramp.
Also
for
those
that
need
it,
a
water
wheelchair
is
available.
(2/10/23-
I
got
a
photo
showing
the
ramp;
just
added
it
to
this
review!)
The
staff
is
very
friendly
and
welcoming.
They
consist
of
4-5
lifeguards,
so
there’s
an
over
abundance
of
safety
in
this
setting.
The
water
temperature
was
pleasant-
slightly
warm.
Access
to
the
facility
is
also
totally
wheelchair
friendly.
The
only
drawback
I
experienced
was
the
bathroom,
although
clean
enough,
wasn’t
pristine.
For
example,
grab-bars
in
the
handicapped
toilet
stalls
(there
were
two
such
stalls
in
the
main
bathroom)
were
dirty
to
the
point
that
I
didn’t
want
to
touch
them.
Unfortunately
the
floor
was
not
sloped
towards
the
drain,
and
water
was
pooling
on
the
floor.
But
the
water
on
the
floor
did
not
stink.
It
also
didn’t
make
the
floor
slippery.
It
was
just
an
effort
to
change
clothes
and
avoid
getting
things
wet.
(Update:
I
have
only
experienced
this
problem
one
time.
Usually
the
bathroom
floor
is
dry.)
Open
swim
hours
are
M-F
1pm-4pm
and
Sat
is
8am-Noon
(often
they
hold
a
swim
lesson
program
on
Saturdays
and
open
swim
is
not
allowed.)
There
are
also
classes
at
other
times-
I
am
attaching
a
photo
of
the
typical
schedule.
Admission
is
$2
per
swim.
Cards
are
accepted,
not
cash.
There
is
no
residency
requirement
to
utilize
the
pool.
