Good (4.0 /5.0) food and excellent (5.0 /5.0) service. We got the fries plate for free as an appetizer and and it tasted amazing! Flavors of the broth were not as strong as I expected but still, it was a great experience hehe Orders: spicy miso and tonkotsu ramen

Build your own bowl. It can be ramen or rice bowls. Small place but was able to fit my party of 10.

We have always loved the original Bols location, and have tried this location before and find equally delicious. My wife's favorite dish is the bulgolgi tacos, bit this trip she went for some ramen. I tend to always get ramen as I love their miso and tonkotsu ramens. This trip I got spicy tonkotsu ramen with chasu and beef bulgolgi. It was delicious always. As a side, we got the bulgolgi fries and those never miss. Each trip has been delicious. I would definitely recommend the Bol The Colony location!

First time trying it out, I usually get ramen but decided to try something new. I tried the bibimpap, pretty decent portion. My boyfriend made his own rice bowl. Both of those, plus drinks where around $35. Pretty nice environment, will be trying something else next time.

Wow 4.6 stars is what drew me here but way overrated. The ramen is just ok, we had the tonkatsu and the soup tasted like it was made from powdered soup base not authentic pork bones brewing overnight. Also had the bbq combo and the rice and meat were cold like it was leftover from yesterday and wasn’t heated up properly. Not that hard to at least have warm rice come out or throwing the meat on the grill to reheat it. Big disappointment. Overpriced for the quality you get. Only good thing to say is the portions were big. Not local to the colony and maybe this is the better option around here - Folks make the drive over to Plano or frisco to see how ramen should taste like from any place with more than 4 stars

Kim, was magically charming and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The bulgogi was my favorite for sure. One thing to note, the portions were way more for this price point than other brands in the same market. I will be back for this wonderful hospitality and healthy yet flavorful food. Best, @cythletics

I’ve been to the location in Plano and was so excited when I heard they had opened one near Frisco! Their bulgogi fries are to die for! All their dishes are super good and have a taste of homemade and authentic

Delicious Japanese/Korean/Mexican fusion food. I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture of the food because it was so delicious. Found this place through a recommendation from a friend. Hands down one of the best ramen/Korean taco places. I had the tacos with bulgogi with a side of kimchi, and miso soup. Amazing! The place is also clean, the owner is very nice and everything is conveniently available. There is plenty of seating for a quick lunch before heading back to work, running your errands or before you head home from work. For those who is saying it bland, if you do research. The seasoning of our food in america has gotten saltier over the years which affects our health. The seasoning is on point for how Koreans and Japanese flavor their healthier option foods. Please don’t leave bad reviews because it doesn’t have enough MSG or salt for you.

Better than the rest. I've tried the other Teriyaki places within a mile radius and Bols is simply better. Fresh ingredients plus moist meats and you have yourself a winner (chicken dinner 🤔). Try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
