Amazing experience! Meg was absolutely lovely. Admittedly, I was a little late to the appointment, however Meg gave me just as much time (if not more so) than anyone else. We had great conversation; could not have been more positive and uplifting. Overall, an amazing experience and i wil absolutely book with her again!

Margaret recommended a laminate treatment last time I tinted and waxed my eyebrows. Just completed my treatment and I am so pleased with the result. My eyebrows have never looked so good! She truly has done a great job every time I have used her services.

My daughter got her lashes and brows done here by Meg, and she was fantastic! She was sweet, friendly, and good with kids. We will definitely be coming here and requesting her again. Overall amazing experience.

Absolutely amazing. Margaret waxed, tinted, and filled in my brows. This was the best brow experience I’ve ever had. We worked together to create the perfect shape, and she was so attentive and receptive to my feedback. She also tinted my eyelashes and they turned out gorgeous. I will definitely be back. Love, love, love!! EDIT: I wrote this review as I was checking out and experienced an unpleasant exchange between one of the assistant managers and an employee. I will keep the 5 star rating because Margaret was incredible and I will continue to see her. However, it was disappointing to see a simple question met with such hostility and exasperation by management towards an employee that clearly goes above and beyond. Eye rolling and being short with staff is unprofessional.

Ella was great. She took the time to ensure the right approach was used on my teen with sensitive skin. The rest of the store staff were helpful as well with selecting tan color to go with her prom dress. I would highly recommend Benefit - really professional and great attention to detail.

I recently moved and knew that Benefit would treat me and my brows well, but this location was amazing even by Benefit’s standards. Meg was kind, knowledgeable, and honest about what would and wouldn’t be best for me, and my brows look better than ever. Recommend her to literally anyone!
