Stopped by for lunch today and the food was amazing!! Got the pollo street tacos plate with rice and beans. The gentleman that served us was so kind and friendly, even gave us a nice cold water while we waited!! We will definitely be back!!

The customer service was great and super friendly! Authentic Mexican flavor, the portions are great, you are truly getting your money’s worth! Definitely do stop by!! The quality of the food is great! They have such a creative hand washing station! And they take cash, tap or card. Best I’ve had!!

I stopped by here while passing through. Always said I would someday. Today was the day. I was greeted by Lorenzo and he promptly took my order of the pastor burrito. It has everything in it! Now, I'm a refried bean fanatic and even though it comes with refried beans I wish it had a little dab more, but that's just me. Having said that, this burrito was delicious! You may want to bring a beverage of your choosing as I didn't see any offerings for drinks. If you're in the mood for a frozen treat he does have a variety! This place is nothing fancy, no indoor seating but he does provide covered picnic tables for on-site dining. Take out is offered and delivery is available by Door dash. If you're in the area, stop by. You'll be glad you did!

Catering Order for a Family Reunion. I did order a week in advance a big order of Tacos (150+) and 5 Quesadillas with Fajita from NJ's. Our Family event was this past Sunday 12/17/2023 and everyone of our guests were extremely delighted with the quality of the food, classical hand made Tacos. The quality of the food is amazing specially the Barbacoa, soft and juice beef that even the day after, the taste and texture was amazing. The food was delivered 5 minutes before the agreed time, everything was carefully packed on aluminum trays and they even helped us to set up them in the food heater racks in the kitchen. I am sure you will be thinking how this guys selling tacos in a trailer can provide catering for special events? We will highly recommend them for you corporate or family events, they are reliable, efficient and very honest. I can ensure you they prepare and sell the best tacos in North Texas! Thank you NJ's team! We will be ordering soon again! PB and family!

If you are passing near hwy 35E and Swisher Rd you must pass by NJs taqueria. They stand out by tasty food and service! My costume made chiles and rajas with avocado and salsa are unique. Time to enjoy!!

Loved it!... I got the lengua tacos...was really really good! so tender...and the fajita beef tacos...great. very fresh. very friendly customer service..even brought my order to me! very nice. will be going back

The food was amazing. If it wasn’t 108 degrees outside, even their tables under the trees with the strings of lights would be a pleasant way too spend a leisurely night. But what was most outstanding was the customer service. I didn’t realize they closed at 4:00 PM on Sundays. I pulled in at 4:18 PM and was still served with a smile. They have won a repeat customer. I had the Gorditas plate and my husband had the burrito plate. There was more than enough delicious food on both.

New owners took over in early 2023. Let me tell you these guys get it. They make food fresh to order every time and it's consistent. They will bring it to your car and you can offer online now too. Don't pass on the burritos and street corn! Trust me!

My family and I were looking for something different to eat in our new area and discovered NJ’s!! I am so happy we chose this place because as a family it can sometimes be challenging trying to decide what to eat. Upon arrival we were greeted by Lorenzo eager to share his food. He walked us through the menu and made some great recommendations from his menu that he was definitely confident in and rightfully so. The fajita tacos were a treat!! The salsa and everything that’s assembled on it complimented each other beautifully. We also had the pastor which was also really good and fresh tasting. The gorditas were good as well. I was a little skeptical of the ratings at first but they’re well deserved!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

You might miss it if you drive by. They don't have that many reviews at the time I'mwriting this, but I'm telling you, this place is SO worth it. A hidden gem. It's the most authentic tacos I've had in a long time. They also had gorditas. I wish I'd taken pictures of the food, but I was SO taken by it that I just ate it. No time for pictures. The only thing is that I'd recommend you use this place for takeout. There's not enough space there to eat comfortably and the cars are passing by, so the air won't be great.

I’ve lived in the area for a year now and this is the first place I know I’m going to crave! It is so obvious they care and take pride in what they do, from how everything tastes to how well it was packaged (labeled and secure)! Best thing I tried- the fajita taco, oh my gosh! So delicious! It didn’t even need the green salsa (that was also amazing). The Al pastor and desebrada tacos were also very good. I loved the street corn, but my bf didn’t like the cumin in it. My boyfriend is Mexican and he said the torta was perfect, exactly how his grandma makes it. He also appreciated they wrapped it in foil so it didn’t get soggy on the ride home. He got Al pastor. It was huge! He also got a Gordita, but had to save it for later. He also enjoyed the fajita taco and said the meats were marinated authentically. This place was great, I highly recommend! They have been there for 13 years, so you know they are doing something right! They also spoke English, so don’t be nervous if your Spanish isn’t perfect!

Amazing authentic Mexican food!! Recently placed a large catering order and our guests would not stop raving about how delicious everything was. The customer service is great! No other place is worth going to…this is the best place to go to!

5 stars isn’t enough!! I’ve been looking around Denton for a great Taqueria for years, and I finally found my spot. The Carne Asada street tacos remind me of home in Cali. Amazing spot!
