    Barre3 in Blue Bell is the best workout class that I’ve ever taken! I have tried 4 different instructors and have had a positive experience in every class. The instructors are very attentive, kind, and want to help you have a great workout, but also protect your body. I would highly recommend this class to anyone!

    My first class at barre3 was with my work for a team building event and I had so much fun! I’m also a dance teacher, so I connected with the music and movement of the class. The strength conditioning and cardio have challenged my muscles to work differently and the mindfulness, positivity, and support from the instructors is so inspiring. For me, barre3 is body, breath, and balance. It’s my new favorite way of moving and feeling fantastic! Thank you barre3!

    Barre3 at Blue Bell, PA not only provides you with a great and challenging workout each time but the whole experience is great! The instructors are very knowledgable and super nice. The place is clean. They provide all the tools you need for each type of workout including mats. I 100% recommend if you want to get a stronger, more balanced body.

    I am new to Blue Bell Barre3, but I love it here. I love the classes, the instructors- how they greet you each time you walk thru the door with a friendly hello. That means a lot. Some places I have been don’t even know your name after a year of going there. Highly recommend !!! And I will continue to take classes here 😊

    Love, love, love Barre3! Barre3 is not like other barre classes I’ve taken. It incorporates cardio and weights and I love the cool down/stretching at the end of class. The instructors are fabulous and always give modifications for the different moves. I highly recommend them!

    I used to do yoga but wanted something more upbeat and fun. Barre3 delivered with classes that feature fun music, helpful instructors, and a beautiful and clean studio. I am usually the only guy in class but the instructor and attendees have always been welcoming. Barre3 has been a huge help to me as runner. The challenging workouts have improved my flexibility and the cross training has made my times faster in races. I recommend it to anyone looking for a full body workout.

    Prior to starting a membership here I had never belonged to a gym or worked out regularly. I like to run, but I wanted to find something else that would offer a great workout. I took advantage of a promotion they were offering for my first week of classes. I loved it after the very first class. It’s everything I look for in a workout: core strengthening, cardio, glutes, balance and breathing are some of the main focus points. I feel the burn after each class because there is always a chance to push yourself a little further than you are used to. The instructors are encouraging, but they give the option to modify each set to fit your comfort level. You get the workout that fits what you need! I love attending class in person and like that there is a virtual option as well. If you are looking to start, don’t hesitate, it’s definitely worth it!

    I have been exercising pretty much my entire life and I have joined many gyms and attended many exercise classes over the years. I joined barre3 about 6 months ago and my experience with barre3 well surpasses all other exercise programs. Each class incorporates aspects of strength, yoga and core and is a full body work out. The instructors are knowledgeable, personable and attentive and make each class challenging and fun. I would highly recommend barre3.

    I love Barre3 at Blue Bell! All the instructors are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Each move can be modified to fit every individual’s needs including the weights you choose. I get a great workout every time i take a class here!

    I am so impressed with this studio! I came to visit my family in Philadelphia and took classes here almost every day during my stay. I loved it so much that when I returned home to Maine, I kept my membership going so I could keep attending via livestream. I haven't had this much fun working out in years! What stands out to me the most about this studio is the consistently high quality of instruction. The teachers are exceptionally well-trained and each one adds their own unique value. If you are thinking about taking a class here, don't think! Just do it. You will be so glad you did.

    I am not a gym or exercise class person but I absolutely LOVE Barre3. In person classes just have a different feel than doing anything at home. Classes leave me feeling stronger, accomplished, and also really help my mental health as well. So grateful for the welcoming staff and the work they continually do to evolve classes. I travel out of my way to come specifically to Barre3 in Blue Bell and I hope to continue to for a long time.

    I love going to class at Barre 3 in Bluebell. Wish I could attend more often. I love Jesse’s class and was so excited to try a strength one. The time flies and the energy is very motivating. Hope to get there again next week. It’s a great part of my day.

    I have only recently started attending but the classes make me feel more energized and healthier, both physically and mentally. They have a wonderful staff with instructors that make it enjoyable for a beginners like me. I look forward to going each time and continuing to improve myself!

    Everytime I step foot inside the studio I feel a sense of peace. I know I am going to get an amazing workout each and every class. Ever instructor has awesome music and routines. Since day one I have been getting stronger and improving mobility to levels didn’t even remember being possible. Not only am I improving physically but taking the time for myself as improved my mentality. I. AM. OBSESSED! I’m so grateful to have found my inner strength again. Barre3 Blue Bell is definitely worth checking out!

    I just completed my fifth class at the studio and I am thoroughly enjoying. I love all the different instructors. They each bring a unique experience to the class. I am working muscles I never have before and it feels great! The environment is extremely welcoming for all different body types and abilities to make the workout right for you.

    Best decision to start barre3! I'm loving it. I was hesitant to start, (I've really only tried yoga classes in the past) but I took a free first class and got a GREAT workout. Works my full body and will be a great way to strengthen my body for tennis. Very happy I started it. The staff is so nice too!
