Wren is absolutely incredible! I felt inspired to shake up my hairstyle (as someone who never does!) in a way that was informative and encouraged my confidence. Wren made the experience relaxing and chill, like I was hanging out with a friend. I’m now thinking about adding color to my hair and will be sure to book my next appointment with Wren. Really enjoyed my first experience here for a haircut with Christopher! He was very knowledgeable in hair and it turned out great. He also made me a wonderful cup of coffee :) Loved the products they used as well. Bright space with big windows and lots of plants. Online booking was easy and there were plenty of appt times to choose from. I’ll be back!

Very professional and courteous. I did a brow lamination and lash lift recently. She did my brows exactly the way I wanted and really made my lashes pop!! I'm obsessed 🥰

Anastasia at Gem Salon + Spa is professional, welcoming, and meets you where you're at on your brow journey. She approached our appointment making me feel comfortable with her process, talking me through how the work she was doing at our appointment will set me up for long term benefits with my brows.

This was my first visit to Gem salon. I really liked the space. I was here to get my color touched up and a haircut. I saw Christopher and he is the best! I think he spent 15 - 20 minutes talking with me and asking me questions in the beginning of the appointment, to make sure he understood what I was looking for. He gave a great head massage during the conditioning, stayed past closing time and did not rush. He is a very good stylist, my cut and color looks fabulous! I can't wait for my next appointment.

Ciara was very professional every step of the way. She helped me pick out my colors for my highlights and lowlights. I'm very happy with the work she did on my hair. I have had many compliments already on my hair. Overall my experience with Ciara and Gem Salon went great!😊

I had never been to the salon before, but I will definitely be going back! Fantastic service! Elizabeth was able to squeeze me in within a few hours notice on a busy Saturday! She did a fantastic job, cutting my hair and helping color it! Jamie did an amazing job to fix my damaged pink hair and bring me back to my natural brown! I had an event to get to that afternoon, And Elizabeth and Jamie went above and beyond to not only do an amazing job on my hair, but getting me done just in time for the event! I scheduled an apprentice haircut with Wren. My haircut turned out perfectly and the head massage I received was out of this world. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Gem Salon. Wren is so talented and passionate. Schedule a cut while you can! Udon says, 10/10 cats approve.

Coming here for a haircut is like a spa day. Head massages, complimentary tea, no skimping on the products to make your hair feel (and look) great. I got the best long haircut I’ve ever had, and I know it’s down to the care, attention to detail, and understanding of different types of hair. I also find the prices to be fair. I do wish they had more subscription package options, though!

Molly has the most magical hands in the twin cities! She is so incredibly talented and has an phenomenal sense of style and it shows in her beautiful salon. I live 300 miles away and will be back again.

My first experience at Gem Salon was amazing! The staff were all very nice and the space is beautiful! Christopher was very helpful and knowledgeable with my hair type. He knew things to do to when cutting it to help with my hair concerns and recommended products to use. He was not pushy at all to buy any the salon sold. Booking appointments online is very easy also! I will for sure go back and recommend to friends!

Chris is so amazing!! Getting my hair washed is always my favorite part of getting my hair done, and Chris makes that part extra relaxing and spa-like. He always listens to what I want and cuts my hair perfectly to my preference :) I’m very picky about my bangs, so that’s a big win! I’m so glad I found such a fantastic stylist in the cities.

ViVi is so talented and has a knack for high attention to detail.
