FIVE STAR 👌 I absolutely loved and enjoyed every bit of this place. It is very beautiful, just like the pictures but even more beautiful in person. One of my favorite things is seeing the older ladies drinking their tea, it is super adorable!!! I loved the environment and the tea was very soothing. My absolute fave was definitely the chocolate covered strawberries. I felt like a princess having tea with my girlies. I recommend this place 1000000 % if you love girly things and tea parties!!!

Service was warm, helpful, friendly. It’s a very small place.. quite tight. Very well decorated, lovely atmosphere. So pretty with all the pink roses…especially the Wall of Roses. Great Photo Op. If you’re looking for a high tea experience, you’ll definitely get that with lots of options to choose. Make reservations and specify if you prefer inside. There’s a small outdoor patio that’s quaint, however a bit too warm for summer. You’ll get sat wherever they have openings unless you’ve specified in the reservation. For me personally, it’s a bit pricey. But I can’t eat most of what they offer. I went with friends for the experience. They seemed to enjoy it and liked what they ordered.

This was a wonderful experience! The room is a bit small, but it makes for more of an intimate or cozy feel. The authenticity of the tea room is spot on. The tea, food, and environment are all worth a visit and to be savored. We went for a special occasion and this made the occasion even more special. I will be back if not for the tea, but for the tea and the retail shopping offered here.

Such a charming little tea shop. Love how it is all British and decorated so well. I felt the service was a bit rushed, and the scones were extra dry. Finger sandwiches were very tasty and a lot of teas to try. They have cute stuff they sell.

My daughter and I enjoyed the tea room twice. The first time, the service wasn't up to par, but we loved all the teas and wanted to try more. The second time we went, our server was excellent! So, overall, I gave them 4 stars because the food was yummy and abundant. I would definitely recommend!

Attended the Royal Afternoon Tea celebrating the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III May 6th 2023. Food and service was impeccable as always. A festive and memorable occasion that included a "goodie" bag of souvenirs... It was exactly a year ago that we attended the Queen's 70th Platinum Jubilee (making memories).

This place is so nice and beautiful. The food is always amazing and the tea I had today was delicious Papaya for the new years blend. The service is always very friendly and fun to chat with and the food comes out very fast so it makes it a nice stop before going shopping around town.

Absolutely everything about this place is more than good enough. I am hard to impress when it comes to food, and I found the food here to be comforting and delectable. The service was prompt, professional, and pleasant. The perfect tea and or food experience. Calm and cheerful atmosphere as well. It is worth every dime in my opinion. Please come and check it out for yourself. This place deserves to not just stay in business, but thrive.
