A lovely house in a neighborhood of interesting historic houses, with restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic, and the owners take great care of their guests.

Had a great experience staying at the Waypoint House. Nicely decorated house, newly renovated bathrooms, and comfortable bed. Rachael was so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and the freshly baked brownies waiting in our room were delicious. Highly recommend!

Rachel is a very personable host. Excellent food and just the right amount! Welcome brownies were delish! (Hubby wanted some milk to with them though!) The self check-in was easy. Beds and the temperature of the room were comfortable. Really enjoyed the walkability of the town. Rachel recommended NIKs for dinner our first night and it was great. The Thai place was a good change of pace.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful B&B for one night during our bike packing trip and had a great experience. The owners are lovely, the place is very well maintained and clean and breakfast was amazing!

Rachael and Jonathan were lovely and gracious hosts, and everything else was perfect! From booking the reservation (we had the Shore Room, beautiful!) to our delicious breakfast, it was a delight! The home itself is tastefully decorated, and the gardens are lovely as well. A beautiful, quiet retreat in the middle of our trip home. I highly recommend the Waypoint House!

We had a wonderful one-night stay. The B&B is simply beautiful, both the inside and the back garden, and the Shore room was perfect (even larger and more comfortable than in the picture). We were greeted warmly and extremely kindly by Rachael and Jonathan, who went over our travel plans with us and gave us tips. And the breakfast was really tasty. Can't wait to visit again, thank you Rachael and Jonathan for the hospitality!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my girlfriend and we will definitely be returning. Rachael the host is a wonderful person who made sure our stay was an amazing and memorable experience. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the room was comfortable. Definitely a must-stay for those who love bed and breakfasts and want to explore the area as its location is very convenient for sites in Winchester, Berryville, and Shenandoah National Park.
