eautiful. The lawn, golf course, trees and hills are spectacular. My wife and I don’t usually spend the kind of money we spent at Silverado but it was our 40th wedding anniversary so wanted a memorable experience. The room and service were very disappointing. Just know that when you book, the photos they use are of a room that is remodeled and does not represent all rooms. From what we could tell most rooms are outdated. Our room was a mix, the bathroom was nicely remodeled and the kitchenette was very dated. Some of the furniture was in rough shape and the room smelled musty. The room was not very clean either. When we went to the front desk and nicely shared our concerns the about room they said they were booked for the weekend but would switch us to a nicer room on Sunday evening. We didn’t hear from them and went back Monday to see what happened the front desk staff was a bit rude and just said “there were no notes” in the system and told us to pack and they would put us in a better room that day but once again did nothing. If you want toilet paper and clean towels you better call daily because they didn’t even show up 2 days and we had to call in the evening when we returned from our adventures to get them to show up. We should have asked for the manager earlier but were out a lot all day so when we finally did he was nice and gave us a small discount. Also be ready to pay the FULL amount of your stay upfront plus a $150 a day upfront money held for ancillary expenses. The food was good but don’t be in a hurry the service is slow and the wait staff disappears. We noticed when club members come in the staff is very attentive to them and suddenly they forget you exist. Overall we made the best of it and we don’t usually write reviews but felt like people should know what to expect at this resort.

Was there for the 2023 Napa blue note jazz festival. Hosting the festival at the Silverado resort proved to be in a great location, grounds were clean and it appeared to accommodate the festival attendees. Probably would want to offer some sort of shaded options at the various stages because it was very hot. Or allow attendees to bring in personal chair, umbrellas or some sort of shading equipment so that they can enjoy the hours of entertainment without drenching in sweat. In regards to the accommodations maybe next time I will stay at the resort. Otherwise I had a great time at the festival.

Very beautiful resort. The customer service is out of this world. Anything and everything was just a call or text away. Amazing grill/restaurant on site that also delivers to your room for reasonable prices. Overall I recommend to anyone trying to get away and relax.

We were pleasantly surprised during our one night stay golf package. The meals were not extravagant but very well prepared and fairly priced. The golf course greens were recently aerated but the wonderful spring scenery made up for that necessary inconvenience. The staff were very helpful but not at all intrusive. Little things like letting the golf carts go to the parking lot or using them to run to the hot tub were a nice touch and gives you an idea of the casual elegance we appreciated.

Clean and neat. Our room was about the size of our master bathroom at home. We had no view, two small uncomfortable chairs, with little space to do much other than lay on the bed. With the very long walk or 5 minute drive to the "Mansion" restaurants and bars are basically inaccessible. It was a very disappointing experience.

Imagine staying in a Best Western situated on a beautiful golf course in the heart of wine country. That’s Silverado. The location is beautiful, but the accommodations are shabby at best. The rooms are very loud, the 1960s era AC unit creaks and groans all night, and the furniture is dated and uncomfortable. Although priced like a luxury resort, the room is consistent with a two star roadside motel.

I don't typically write reviews, but this was a very disappointing experience. We booked the more expensive/upgraded golf course view cottage and were given a room on the driving range. That is not an upgraded golf course view! Of course when I asked to speak to a manager about it, no one was available to assist and there was no offer to refund this upgrade I paid for in advance. Very disappointing! Our bill was also a mess. Charged the spa on the wrong credit card, had to callback to get our spa discount applied that was magically 'forgotten', charged the room rate on the wrong credit card. Spent hours getting the billing corrected and had to chase down the resort to correct all the issues. Again, no response or apology from management.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! We booked about 30 rooms, their guest service is horrible. Our laundry was "misplaced" and took more than 3 days to get back (and it did just because we called asking for it). No valet parking because it was "not operating". We asked to talk to a manager and he was always "tending to other business". The only good service we got was from Stace at the lobby bar.. she is great!!! I am so sorry my family stayed there for my wedding. It is regretable.

Stayed here for a wedding. Rental condo was very nice and well appointed. Restaurant and bar were excellent, albeit at "Napa Valley" pricing. Having said that, I would stay here again. It's a great location for touring and tasting. The staff was impeccable.

We have stayed a Silverado many times each year over the past ten years. It's always been very nice. But we had a horrible experience with a valet at checkin this past Friday afternoon. While I parked at the front circle of the hotel - as I always do when checking in at Silverado - the valets said hello to me as I walked up the stairs to the front desk of the hotel. My wife waited in the car with the air conditioning running due to 100+ degree heat. A few minutes later, a valet opened the driver's side door of our car, sat down next to my wife and tried to start the car. My wife was startled and stunned. She asked him to exit our car and he then said he needed to move the car. My wife offered to move the car and asked him to leave the car. He refused and said this is their "standard policy" and moved the car a few feet forward. My wife was very upset and shaking from the experience. I asked the GM to call me but I was called by Scott in Guest Services. Nothing happened other than an apology. This was inappropriate and very aggressive behavior toward a woman sitting alone in a car that did NOT need to be moved. There was not a parking problem at the front of the hotel. My wife offered to move the car and they could have asked me to move it while I waited in line to check in. I asked the general manager to call me but no one other than Scott responded. I doubt we will return to Silverado Resort again, nor will I allow my team members to stay at Silverado, due to safety concerns following this incident. We have stayed here many times each year and the valet were always aggressive but never this brazen. This type of behavior is outrageous and even worse is the lack of response or direct follow up. The experience ruined our Anniversary celebration.

Really well kept golf courses. Played both while we were there. It's about a month before the Fortinet Championship and they look ready for a PGA event. Rough was extra thick, but it's fun to see what the pros deal with!

Rooms are a little dated but still very nice. I understand they are about to go through a renovation soon. Can't wait to return next year. Stayed for the weekend for an art auction and really enjoyed the property. Spa was outstanding. Samantha was great. We will be back.

Silversdo Resort is a fantastic destination for both golf enthusiasts and those looking to enjoy quality time with friends. The golf facilities are top-notch, providing a great backdrop for a memorable game. The room service is exceptional, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the food is not only delicious but served with great care. Its location adds to the charm, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommended!

Great food. Wonderful ambiance. The wait staff were dressed in prairie attire, which I thought was odd. Went at night, so couldn't see anything out the windows, but I'm sure the scenery is fantastic.

We had the absolute best time at Silverado! We got married at Silverado (the Grove) summer of 2023, and absolutely loved the resort as a wedding venue and space to host our guests (nearly everyone came from out of town). The staff were so welcoming from day one, and Silverado provided our suite with thoughtful touches and surprises throughout our wedding weekend. Our wedding coordinator, Katie Records, was an absolute joy to work with — always super prompt with communication and willing to go above and beyond with everything including the last minute addition of patio umbrellas for a near 100 degree wedding day. Very few Napa wedding venues can offer the all inclusive experience of Silverado, with on site accommodations and above and beyond services, all in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend!
