Love the outdoors and this location is just great! Fantastic swimming spots with nice deep areas, shallow rocky areas, fishing spots, hiking trails. A little something for everyone. Unfortunately humans that visit this place have no respect for it, I've found full outfits left on the rocks,including underpants and shoes. Trash including cigarette butts and food wrappers. Pack it in, pack it out people! Respect the nature we still have left. I always bring an extra bag to help those who forget, so we can continue to appreciate and enjoy the treasures away from the cities.

Excellent spot to do a bit of easy hiking and let your dog off the leash. Nice trails, super easy access to the water. I love family/ dog time here!!

Best place to go swimming that has no chemicals added in the water. Been long time since I was there and used to camp there as a kid with my family. Cost of living goes up and now I live in Pampa TX and I don't see cold rivers from the mountain but lakes that I don't know where its coming from maybe from the monsoon rain that keeps it full.

This is one of my favorite places to swim by far! It's beautiful, clean and the best thing is that not a lot of people end up in the same areas.

I give it a 3 only because it's so regulated now and just another place people disrespect. I find garbage at every stop. No more just camping along the way. Thanks again for the improvements BLM US FOREST SERVICE AND CLACKAMAS COUNTY SHERIFFS THO COME TO MAKE SURE WE ARE NOT HAVING TO MUCH FUN. THANKS THANKS AGAIN
