Absolutely loved it here and will come back if I get a chance to come to Aspen again. Shout out to the general manager of the hotel, Danny, who did an amazing job helping us with directions and our way around the town (I was surprised how little other front desk agents know). He was very kind, very helpful, and made the hotel experience better.

Jena and her team helped us with our reservations after we had a bad experience trying to work with someone from destination snowmass. After sharing our difficulties Jena and her team listened and immediately spoke with their manager to address the issue we had with a man at destination snowmass. (Extremely rude) . We weren’t looking for anything but it is our 10year anniversary and he made booking very stressful so I just wanted them to be aware. When we arrived we had a text from Jena , she upgraded us to a premium room. We walked in to a lovely note wishing us a happy anniversary and welcoming us. Our room is amazing. We have a balcony with an amazing Mountain View, and from our bedroom we can watch many birds in the aspen trees . We enjoyed our fireplace every night. Wood was provided. A gas grill was provided on balcony. Living room , dining room , bedrooms are spacious . The kitchen has plenty pots/pans and dishes. Bathrooms are stocked with towels. The club is beautiful! The hot tubs, pools, locker rooms, weight room , and restaurant are all top notch. We were able to text, call, or stop in the office and all the girls were very helpful, Knowledgeable and friendly . The shuttle buses are so convenient. We didn’t need a car at all. I highly recommend booking directly through the villas of snowmass club team. I can’t say enough nice things about Jena and her team.

I highly recommend staying at the village of snowmass club. We had an issue dealing with someone from destination snowmass, and I didn’t expect anything but wanted to let them know about incident. Jenna and her team were so friendly and very easy to work with. They were knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived we found out they upgraded our room, but more importantly they made our experience so nice. We had a nice note in our villa wishing us a happy anniversary, with a few welcoming gifts. We were able to text them with questions we had and I m sure we were a bit much with all the questions but they were always professional and kind. Their staff is the reason we will come back. Our villa was beautiful. 2 bedrooms,2 full baths, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, washer/dryer, fully stocked large kitchen with everything you need, a dining room, Patio with grill and the view is stunning! We enjoyed a fire every night in our fireplace. We were able to use the amenities at the club and it was beautiful. They have an enormous workout room, they have a sauna, steam room, several hot tubs and pools. We enjoyed dinner at the club and watched live music. The shuttle was very easy to use and George was especially a nice and helpful driver. They cleaned our villa every 2 days, the club locker rooms are huge and spotless. We were very stressed with trying to use their website, it’s hard to find information on their website, but it was hard to find information about snowmass village, shopping, spas, etc. I recommend speaking to the ladies at the front desk. This was the perfect getaway spot for our time at Snowmass Aspen. The condo was perfectly appointed with plenty of kitchen where, excellent beds for our family of four, and two bathrooms. There was a wood burning fireplace, and management kept the wood stocked as needed. If it had a private hot tub, I don't think I would have ever left!

We were greeted by the amazing staff at the front desk and loved the stay the entire time. The hotel grounds have some of the most beautiful views in Snowmass Village and the Snowmass Club is absolutely incredible to have access to during the stay. Fabulous place to relax in the beauty of the Aspen area. Condos are kept clean and furnished well. Going to the Snowmass club for the well appointed gym and Tennis courts is easy. The golf course is beautiful and fun. Great getaway for all year round.

We rented an updated 2 bed/2 bath condo through Hyatt, and we could not be more pleased. The condo was spotless, beautiful, and roomy. The only drawback is that this particular unit/floorplan does not have a patio or balcony, but with the large picture windows in the living room and primary bedroom, you almost don't even miss it. The location is a little ways from Snowmass Village but is a quick drive, and there's a free shuttle that goes to the Village and to Aspen. It's also a short walk or drive to the exclusive Snowmass Club, which was amazing. We loved using the heated pools and hot tubs there. The service was also very friendly and professional! For the price, size, updates, and amenities, these can't be beat!
