Best selection of meats ANYWHERE!! The many different flavored brats are mouth watering and the blood and tongue is to die for. Always go in spending more than anticipated but it is great to support our local butchers who serve the community with tasty meats!!

I rank this place in my top 3 beef sticks in the state. We always buy and try different makers of beef sticks anytime we road trip. These place makes maybe the best jalapeno cheddar beefsticks in Wisconsin. We love them.

Best meat market around. Like the different varieties of brats. Beef jerky is superb. Love the smell when you walk in which makes you drool. Place is always busy especially Saturday when I go so many people love this place!!!

Great selection, service, quality and prices! Konop's definitely checks all the boxes! All those brat flavors...should've brought a bigger cooler! All time faves are the hotsticks and jerky...always worth the trip. And so good to see my long-time friend, Brenda!

This place has the Rixen Stamp of Approval 🏅! There is NO PLACE in WI that can do it better. Since Covid, when they got burned for a couple $2G next day delivery orders, they stopped shipping these delicious delights to us faithful's who have ventured out of state. I drove home from DC and made a point to stock up on Konop meat sticks, brats and summer sausage, in store! Store is tiny but mighty when it comes to selection. I was also fortunate enough to find their brats and meat sticks at Ridgeview Liquors(G.B.) in a freezer/fridge in the back. Please guys, never close.. IDK what I would do w/o you. You are rare old world meat people.. 5⭐️

Our family has been going there since they opened. Their blood sausage and garlic summer sausage links are the best.

I always enjoy this place! If you love meat this is the place to adventure to! The smell as you walk in the for grabs your attention! They have a huge verity of meat! All sorts of different kinds of combination of brats! It's so hard to choose just one kind! Konop's Meat will always have you coming back!
