First off, Bill, the owner, is a great guy and knows how to conduct business professionally and respectfully. I had an issue with the billing department. My bill went to collections, and I was never contacted. I contacted the gym, and Bill, the owner, contacted me after business hours on his cell phone. Bill not only rectified the situation but was highly apologetic. The gym is clean, and Bill and his staff have put a lot of work into the gym, and you can see the changes. Again, thank you, Bill, for your professionalism and respect.

Great environment & attention to detail! The upholstery on the equipment feels like you're sitting in a Mercedes! The staff was very welcoming & knowledgeable. Jenna is awesome!!! Would highly recommend 👌

Great Gym, super clean, great equipment, everyones friendly! Only bummer is that they close @ 5PM on Saturday / Sunday.

I joined back in November and I think the club is great. Equipment is well maintained. They offer a variety of classes. You can drop in for basketball. They are even offering ping pong and pickleball. There's a women's area you can use if you want some privacy. I work the trainer Diane who's wonderful!

I'm a seasonal resident and this gym has everything I wanted for a good workout. Wish I could switch with my primary residence gym.Hours of operations and availability of equipment enhanced my experience. Alex and the rest of the staff are fantastic.

Danny and Cameron are the absolute best employees at BSC. They have been very helpful in the process of joining and make the best grimace shakes!

Thank you for this opportunity. I’ve been wanting to express my disappointment with the new ownership for a while. Yes, you’ve made improvements on the outside & inside with regard to painting. However, the weights in the gym classes are a disgrace. The weights are taped up with duck tape where the rubber/plastic has worn off. I, and many others, have repeatedly complained about this to no avail?! Many classes have been dropped - yoga classes, Zumba classes - classes that were we’ll-attended. My husband & I have been members since we moved into town about 14 years ago. We stay primarily because of the proximity to our home. I might add that your instructors are good & they add to the sense of community/family.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and i can’t say enough about how awesome this place is. They’ve got everything I need to get a great workout, the people working are great and I love the atmosphere that the people and employees bring to this gym!

Love this gym! It's always clean & has a "private" vibe - which I love. Since joining in December 21' they have done some really beautiful renovations to the facility including the women's area, childcare, spin room etc. They also now offer a wide variety of shakes! I tried one today & it was delicious! I also love the fact that they offer classes & personal training. Not to mention chiropractor & physical therapy right next door! I highly recommend BSC for all your physical & wellness needs! - Hannah Burstein
