Sorry that I didn’t know about this place till recently - up until now, I hadn’t really found a great pretzel in the Asheville area and would have told you the best soft pretzels were at Sam’s Club! The owner is from Germany, and brought his recipe and technique with him. These pretzels are the real deal, featuring a mildly crunchy, salty malt-brown exterior and a soft, dense, stretchy-chewy interior that’s just waiting for a dip of Lusty Monk mustard or one of their excellent beer-cheeses. The interior is airy, bright and fun, and there’s ample outdoor seating. Parking is easy and free. Knowledgeable, friendly employees will help ensure you have a great time.

Never been nor have I heard of it…but someone made a YouTube video trashing the owner and CEO of pretty harsh allegations and based on this persons lack of mental wherewithal, I made it my goal to support and uplift this establishment.

Their management is absolutely awesome can't say enough about them. The stand by what they believe in an it shows. Superior quality and excellence. 10/10 would go here again

Really cool little place that serves pretzels and beer. Really, really good pretzels, at that! Great selection of beer and cider that goes well with them, too. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seats, as well. Can't wait to come again!

Neat spot off the beaten path. This place is located outside of the Asheville scene. Nice change of pace, but I can't say I'd made a special trip to drop in. If you're in the area give it a shot.
