Our first time visiting was for a birthday party. Very cool place and clean which I was not expecting . The party was excellent, and my kids didn’t want to leave. We ended up buying monthly passes, which are a good value. Bathrooms are clean and available. Snacks and drinks are nearby, and plenty of places for parents to observe inside and from the outside gated area. We are enjoying our time here. If you have smaller children I would recommend keeping a close eye on them as they can move very quickly. Older kid seemed to be able to take care of themselves in navigating the park.

Place is awesome.... Had some time to kill in Orlando before our flight out and the kids loved this spot. They have a lot of cool activities that normal trampoline places don't have and it was not busy at all... Definitely worth a look

The place is fabulous, my children have a lot of fun, it has changed a lot for the fun of the children, but I must honestly recommend that the guys who attend and sell the tickets need to have more courtesy, a better attitude, because attention to the public must be essential .

DEFY was a great place to take my kids on a holiday weekend. Full disclaimer …as a parent I really needed to watch my kiddos to make sure that they were using the facilities at their own abilities. I would NOT suggest this for a drop and go or something to go to and just chat with a friend if you have kids under the age of 12. It takes staff AND parents to keep the kids safe. Because, as you know, a lot of the kiddos feel pretty invincible at that age.

I enjoyed the experience, I even bought the monthly membership for three kids. The facilities were clean, the staff was professional. I wish that staff would be a little bit more assertive with the enforce meant of the rules. My 9yr old son was injured by another child that ran onto his trampoline and caused a double jump. Throughout the visit I began to notice that there were more than several kids free running through the trampolines racing and causing double jumps for those already enjoying themselves. The young staff was was doing anything to prevent this from occurring. Entry cost varies. It’s free for any age observers (parents). Other prices are by the amount of time you will be there. The all day pass is the best value.

This was a great visit! The manager who checked us in was friendly and made it very easy! It seemed pretty busy, but there were almost no waiting at the different zones. It also seems like there were some new areas that we really enjoyed playing in! It was a wonderful time!

Good not great Pros: Fun atmosphere, mixed games and content for adults to be entertained while the kids play. Referrees are on it, polite and professional. Cons: When you buy a membership package they don't include the cost of the socks. It's not a significant cost but they could save a lot of complaints by just adding it to the cost of the package since they won't let you use the jump socks from other parks. So expect to spend $5 more for each pair of socks when you buy a membership. Mine was for 2 kids summer passes with no adult pass.

Nice place, a lot of interesting things for children, every time they like it there, and a lot of places for parents to sit and watch the children

Nice place. A little small compared to other trampoline places, but overall, it's a pretty good place. I have to admit the monthly cost is a bit high and the more expensive one doesn't include a bring a friend or parents jump free like most places. My daughter loves it, so we'll keep coming back.

Excellent place for children to exercise, practice balance, feel adrenaline and have a fun time... but the prices are high, I thought the price is expensive... They should study that aspect....

Update: A manager named Cameron called to listen to my concerns. I really appreciate the call and him taking the feedback. For that alone I am updating my review as I appreciate the accountability and the willingness to take action on the concern. Org:Warning this place will try to rip you off paid for 90 min jump ($32per person) for my son and his friends for his birthday and after 40 min they tried to kick him out. I had to speak to management and instead of apologizing or being empathetic with my frustration of feeling ripped off he said they are just doing their job (unlike the people at the front who supposedly gave us the incorrect band) I told him as a manager he should be more empathetic and apologize, and instead proceeded to call me rude. Will not be wasting my time or money here again and I wouldn’t suggest you. Was far better when it was Defy

We took our son yesterday to a friends birthday. The place is neat for kids, however their staff needs to be change. The guy in charge of the tickets was extremely rude and did not provide any customer service at all. I asked for assistance with the waiver and he said he couldn't , then when I finished after being the only one in line, he assisted another person before me. Then I asked to speak with a manager and the manager was worst than his employee. I asked for wrist band so I put it on myself and they refuse and made me have the rude guy touch me to put it on. This is a family place and staff should be properlyvtrain to assist kids and parents. If they don't want to work they should stay in their homes.
