Had an appointment today (that I confirmed both by phone and text) it was for a very minor adjustment to my hearing aids, I arrived to find out the appointment had been canceled by me, according to the front desk. I showed her my text confirmation of the appointment and asked her if there was any way to be seen as I was 15 mins early and the tech was standing right in the next room and not with another Veteran...she said The tech has a schedule, I responded with: Yes and I am on that schedule. She then rolled her eyes and and with an attitude walked into the other room and continued to display an aggravated posture while speaking to the tech, The tech responded with “ come on back and we will see if we can fix you up” 10 mins later I was out the door, fixed the hearing aids and did not delay the next Veteran at all...I praise the VA all the time while others bash them, but today was not a pleasant feeling when I was treated with disrespect. I still love the Glouster VA clinic and will continue to praise them just wanted to make someone aware

Waited on the phone for about an hour with them only to be hung up on. Miserable service, I can't speak for their health care, because their scheduling center is too incompetent.

The doctors, nurses and front desk are great, but the call center (dial 0) people are terrible. I asked to relay a message to the receptionist and the girl transferred me to the automated main menu 3 times. The third time I was mid-sentence asking for a receptionist again and she says "I don't know, sir" and just transfers me. The girl sounded like she was 19. I don't get why the call center people are so bad.

Love going to this VA location. Great customer service and excellent care. I never had to wait like for my appointment. I went specifically for audiology and both audiologist I dealt with there were absolutely awesome to deal with!

Front desk was prompt and friendly. The medical team was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, until I left everyone was helpful, patient and kind. I was afraid it would be a bad experience due to the reputation of VAs, but I was pleasantly surprised. 12/10 experience, honestly.

This clinic has canceled every single appointment I have made with the exception of my original appointment just to get in. Provider Nwachukwu has canceled numerous appointments that I have had to schedule a year in advance for some reason just to cancel it a couple weeks before with no reason and then expects you to reschedule no. I’m not talking about simple routine check ups I’m talking to see about scheduling for TBI, mental health issues, serious illnesses that obviously this clinic doesn’t care about Stay away from this clinic just take the extra time and go to PA trust me.

It's mind blowing that you can get such a phenomenal quality of care from a clinic under the horrendous Philadelphia network...

Relatively easy to get appointments at convenient times. All staff that I have had contact with has been friendly and helpful. Location is great; I just wish they had more specialty doctors available to eliminate the need to ever have to go to Philadelphia!

No complaints about the care but my appointment reminders are very inconsistent. I cancel one appointment and I still get a ton of text reminders up to the day of..I have another appointment a month out, I got no reminders at all and miss it.
