I
completed
my
6-week
challenge
almost
one
month
ago.
I
was
not
a
novice
to
CrossFit,
but
it
had
been
a
handful
of
years
since
I
was
an
active
crossfitter.
I
was
somewhat
hesitant
to
jump
back
into
this
kind
of
programming,
mostly
thinking
I
am
older
now
and
did
I
really
need
to
work
out
at
this
level
of
intensity
to
see
results?
It
was
the
BEST
decision
I
have
made
with
respect
to
my
health
and
wellness
in
sometime!!
I
was
already
on
a
pretty
good
road
with
my
health
and
fitness
regime,
but
I
was
looking
to
mix
things
up.
Clamtown
took
me
to
new
heights!
The
coaches
are
knowledgeable,
supportive
and
encouraging
-
they
customize
workouts
based
on
your
abilities,
but
also
know
when
to
push
you
just
a
bit
harder.
The
other
members
are
equally
as
awesome
-
they
welcomed
me
and
just
like
that
instant
accountability
and
friends
to
high
five
for
a
job
well
done.
The
proof
is
in
the
results:
Down
18lbs
of
FAT,
8%
body
fat,
gained
6
lbs.
of
muscle
(good
news!)
and
the
best
part,
a
new
found
confidence
in
my
body,
but
more
so
my
mind!
