Poor ventilation / broken AC so it’s always muggy and hard to breath, lack of sanitization products to properly clean so equipment is dirty, full of high school kids flexing and taking selfies, equipment is all 2nd hand, and the $60-70 monthly membership fee is way too high for what you’re getting. This place has a ton of potential, it just needs a clear vision and adequate investment.

Working out there is okay. Nothing special. Only local place that has childcare, but you have to pay extra. Biggest issue is customer service. Cancelled in person, signed a document, no copy given. Was still being charged after cancellation. I’ve contacted the company once a week for 5 weeks and have not gotten anywhere. Only received 2 text messages asking questions and never a response on how they were going to resolve it. Showed up in person twice with no resolve to my matter. Just received a call from an irate employee. Wouldn’t let me respond without being super defensive and threatening to hang up. Will never do business or recommend again. Update: Took 3-4 months to get my extra 2 months of membership refunded after my original cancellation. Not from the gym, but through an investigation by my credit card company.

Great gym, amazing atmosphere, and the staff couldn't be better. This gym is miles better than any other I've been to. Not only does it have a wide variety of machines, but it is extremely clean and is open 24/7. Great Owners and Staff will take care of you and your health. Support your local business and enroll and tell all of your friends. Its worth every penny. Staff member Tim, went above and beyond to help me, and really cares about the people. He was great.

Best little gym in TX. Guy there named Jarrod is a BEAST!!! Really big encouragement to all the members there to be better.

Excellent gym. Staff is welcoming and helpful, plentiful equipment and machines for weights and cardio. 24-hrs access makes it super convenient. Never have to wait for equipment. Really all I need or could ask for. Great pricing too!

Became a member and love this place. I have a trainer 2 days a week, Dustin. He pays attention to your moves, if your form is correct, if you are cheating and doesn't mind calling you out for being a wuss but is kind in doing so! Clean place, friendly staff. They don't make an old lady feel weird for being there, it matters!
