Excellent customer service during and after our recent hot tub purchase! After installation, we encountered some problems unrelated to Hesselson’s service. Sean (and the hot tub team) was responsive and quick to help us problem-solve while making sure we were happy with our purchase.

We just purchased another hot tub from Hesselsons. Our experience with Sean was amazing. Sean was very knowledgeable about all the tubs and helped us find the hot tub that was right for us. It doesn’t matter if you want simple he does not try to upsell you something you don’t need or want. The customer service is a quality experience. The delivery and set up was fast and professional. We would highly recommend Sean and Hesselsons for anyone shopping for hot tubs.

I purchased a demo model (Envoy) in January 2023. They stored it for me until late April, free of charge. Delivery was 5 star, no issues. While getting it up and running, my sales person Sean was always very responsive and very helpful. He even mailed me a bottle of cleaner when I asked what I could wipe it with before filling for the 1st time (again free of charge). I realized there was a hole in the cover a few days after it was delivered but didn’t call about it for about a month due to my crazy life, but they ordered me a new one without hesitation. One of the jets was also not working and they are sending someone to fix it. I haven’t had the tub long enough to review it, but I can say that I will refer everyone I know to Hesselson’s for their 5 star service!

I just had to give a shout out to Hesselson's for their tremendous service and customer support. We just took delivery and installed our new hot tub from Hessleson's (mid-August). From the start, our salesperson (Henry) helped us decide on the right model to fit our needs, and arranged for us to hold off delivery for over 5-months, that stretched to nearly 8 months. The delivery team was unbelievably skilled in navigating their truck and trailer around obstacles and through soggy ground (after several inches of rainfall just before delivery). They were in and out in about an hour. Next was my experience with the tech support staff. I ended up calling them a couple times to help me figure out some of the wiring details. Each time, they responded IMMEDIATELY, talking me through the schematics, while I was sorting out the wiring connections. SUPPER tech support!! This was actually not my first experience with Hesselson's tech support. A couple years ago I was searching remotely for help with installation of a replacement electrical system for our very old hot tub. (At the time we were living 500 miles away.) I discovered this gem of a service tech at Hesselson's who helped me figure out how to complete the installation. Even though the old hot tub was not one of their products, or that I had never done business with them before, the tech talked me through the wiring until I was able to have it up and running. Right then and there, I became one of their customers. After we made our move to the area, we purchased a new hot tub from Hessleson's for our new home. We'll be loyal Hessleson'svcustomers for as long as we will be able. Thanks for a great job!

Absolutely the best hands down! I went in to look at the different pool options and Tom was so patient and kind with answering all of my questions (I had alot of them) being this will be our first pool! I was so surprised how easy it was to make this purchase...and knowing they do water testing in store and will help you along the way has given me such a peace of mind.

Our family recently purchased a hot tub at Hesselsons in Elmira Heights, New York. Beyond a doubt it was one of the best buying experiences we ever had mainly because of the customer service received by Sean Sherwood. Mr. Sherwood was beyond courteous, professional, and respectful of all our needs. Our situation was not an easy one as the hot tub was to be located on a deck that was two stories, high off the ground. From the very beginning, Mr. Sherwood, explained that he would take care of everything and that we didn’t have to worry about anything. And that’s exactly what happened. He and his team did an amazingly perfect job in installing the hot tub without involving us with any problems. More importantly, he made everyone in our family, feel at ease with his pleasant and sincere attitude. Thank you so much for a great job, and especially for allowing us to work with Mr. Sherwood. Everyone at Hesselsons has been wonderful. The sales team, delivery crew and installation to service after after the sale has been exceptional. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone at Hesselson’s is completely invested in making sure they deliver a great customer experience. Our sales representative Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. The entire process from purchasing to soaking in our first hot tub was seamless. They even helped us find phenomenal contractors to poor a new concrete pad and a great electrician. Highly recommend!

Buying our 1st hot tub came with some hurdles but Sean was great in helping us navigate all of the challenges we had! We did zero planning ahead and needed to have an area ready for the hot tub when it arrived and we needed all of the electrical done. Not knowing where to start Sean gave us some names and we got to work. Delivery happened effortlessly and set up has been smooth with the great directions they gave with delivery.

Visited other competitive locations, was pleasantly surprised with variety and quality of hot tubs available. Sean was very helpful in explaining differences of each hot tub and directing us to the one best suited to our needs and price range. Very Very satisfied. We bought a used hot springs tub from someone that had recently purchased it from Hesselson’s but could no longer use it. Hesselson’s has been super friendly and helpful with the moving of the hot tub and getting us set up. They have been very patient with all my questions. Highly recommend them!
