I
just
had
to
give
a
shout
out
to
Hesselson's
for
their
tremendous
service
and
customer
support.
We
just
took
delivery
and
installed
our
new
hot
tub
from
Hessleson's
(mid-August).
From
the
start,
our
salesperson
(Henry)
helped
us
decide
on
the
right
model
to
fit
our
needs,
and
arranged
for
us
to
hold
off
delivery
for
over
5-months,
that
stretched
to
nearly
8
months.
The
delivery
team
was
unbelievably
skilled
in
navigating
their
truck
and
trailer
around
obstacles
and
through
soggy
ground
(after
several
inches
of
rainfall
just
before
delivery).
They
were
in
and
out
in
about
an
hour.
Next
was
my
experience
with
the
tech
support
staff.
I
ended
up
calling
them
a
couple
times
to
help
me
figure
out
some
of
the
wiring
details.
Each
time,
they
responded
IMMEDIATELY,
talking
me
through
the
schematics,
while
I
was
sorting
out
the
wiring
connections.
SUPPER
tech
support!!
This
was
actually
not
my
first
experience
with
Hesselson's
tech
support.
A
couple
years
ago
I
was
searching
remotely
for
help
with
installation
of
a
replacement
electrical
system
for
our
very
old
hot
tub.
(At
the
time
we
were
living
500
miles
away.)
I
discovered
this
gem
of
a
service
tech
at
Hesselson's
who
helped
me
figure
out
how
to
complete
the
installation.
Even
though
the
old
hot
tub
was
not
one
of
their
products,
or
that
I
had
never
done
business
with
them
before,
the
tech
talked
me
through
the
wiring
until
I
was
able
to
have
it
up
and
running.
Right
then
and
there,
I
became
one
of
their
customers.
After
we
made
our
move
to
the
area,
we
purchased
a
new
hot
tub
from
Hessleson's
for
our
new
home.
We'll
be
loyal
Hessleson'svcustomers
for
as
long
as
we
will
be
able.
