April 2023 visit, with my daughter for her birthday and was gifted with a complementary glass of champagne to celebrate. They change their menu every few months as they are a farm to table venue. Reservations are required however, I do believe drop-ins are allowed at certain times of the day? It is best to call, to check on availability of seating. The fingerling potatoes were so scrumptious, that we wished we had each ordered one instead of sharing. Served piping hot with a dill pickle anole, we could not get enough of them. We also shared the rhubarb tart! It too was unique and delicious, enhanced by some savory seasonings and lemon verbena ricotta. Next we had the citrus and goat cheese salad. The greens were crisp and fresh, and the house vinaigrette dressing with something my taste buds had never experienced. Finally, for dessert, we chose the Olive Oil Cake, arbequina olive oil ice cream, with blood orange caramel, and candied blood orange. Olive oil cake may sound strange, however, it was so unusual and fabulous that we savored each bite even though we were stuffed!!! Although the restaurant was quite crowded, the staff was efficient, polite, and very thoughtful. Rarely, have I had such exemplary service! The view of the river was lovely, the restrooms spotless and the cooking area, bar and seating spaces, immaculate! This restaurant is the place to be in Pagosa Springs, If you want healthy, innovative, high quality food with a European flair. Looking forward to my next visit to try those potato fingerlings again! This time I will have a plate all to myself!

My husband and I were looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Pagosa Springs and this place did not disappoint! We made a reservation and were able to sit on the patio and watch the river from our dinner table. Our waiter had amazing service and even took the time to make sure our experience was extra special for our anniversary. The food was delicious and the dessert was to die for! And the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

This place is top notch. The food is wonderful and great quality. From the drinks to the starters and to the entrees, everything was wonderful. The staff was amazing and I can't wait to come back and eat again.

We really appreciate Chef Justin’s decision to move his talents into our town!! My wife and I just had such a great all around experience. The food was phenomenal. The quality ingredients and expertise were there. The mixing of flavors and textures was on another level. This chef is the real deal, completely professional. This was an amazing culinary experience!! The ambiance was friendly and happy. The staff made it feel like home. They were so welcoming and accommodating to us It really made it a special night! Meander came just in time as it’s competition is slacking, I’ll never eat next to an alley again! It’s next to the river from now on at Meander!

This really is a top notch restaurant. The food was excellent and inventive, perfectly prepared. Service was fantastic. We were there during a heat wave and it was a little warm inside, but otherwise a great experience. Nice wine offerings. Priced as expected for food at this level.

Amazing food and incredible river view! The staff was friendly, attentive, and very professional. The duck and bacon hush puppies and the Adobe tomato salad were particular highlights. All of the desserts were excellent. All the other patrons were enjoying themselves, and the infectious cheer of the entire staff made for a unique dinging experience.

Shame on you people who leave ANY negative comment! This food is an act of divine LOVE! The Dutch baby appetizer took me by surprise with its delightful texture variation and flavor complexity, from soft and savory to tangy, spicy and crunchy kimchi. The HH Clams sealed the deal (or so I thought!), such a delightful subtle flavor and texture diversity (AGAIN!). We even had to use the clam shells to harvest the delicious sauce!! Then. . . Oh my! We ordered the Pot du Cremé and Oil Cake. Ugh The cake was SO DELICIOUS, both my husband and I COULD NOT stop devouring its sweet, savory, salty, sweet Cake and Ice Cream. Shea took great care of us, guiding us down the right path in terms of volume and palate. This place is absolutely an act of LOVE. And the food is all locally sourced and put together by the chef-owner! Go guys! What a gem ♡

We came here to celebrate our engagement, the food was amazing and the staff was incredible. They made us feel so special and the sweetest girl, Lindsey, even offered to walk us down to the river and take some pictures for us while we waited for our dinner! Could not recommend them enough!!
