The 213 acres Buell Lake County Park is a very nice and well maintained park. After entering the main entrance to the park, you'll see on the right the nicely paved parking lot, boat launch, a pavilion, a kids playground, and restrooms. There's also a nice size dock that gives you and other visitors room to move for fishing or just taking in the beauty. There's a smaller dock and parking lot on the otherside of the lake, which can be seen from the main entrance dock. Continuing deeper into the park there's two more pavilions, a ball field, and picnic tables throughout the park. Buell Lake is a nice place for the whole family. :)

Drove through this park today to check it out as it was our first time here. It looks like a nice park. There were a lot of people fishing. Playground looked fun for the kiddos. As we drove through the wooded park, there are a few Pavillions and picnic tables, too bad no camping as it would be a nice place to camp. Will return with fishing poles!

A great little jem in our back yard. Clean, restrooms, clean water. Nice for small boats, fishing, bird watching, walking, BBQ & picknicks under the pavilions. Even a playground for the kids. Great place to spend an afternoon.

Buell Lake County Park is a Genessee County gem tuck away in the northwest part of the county! It is a fishing lake. There is no swimming permitted. There is a boat launch just inside the main entrance. There are three main areas for picnicking under covered eating shelters. Two areas on back in the park have porta potties. The main area near the main entrance has permanent restrooms. The other two areas have two restrooms with one being handicap accessible. There are other spots where picnic tables are spread throughout the park. There are docks from which one can fish or simple relax and watch nature! The fall leaves are almost done. The Birch tree stands are a wonderful difference in color from the maples and the oaks. Other than the native birds the only sound you might hear is the soft dim of a boat motor.

Great lake for fishing, boating, kayaking, SUP, etc. Clean park and well taken care of. One boat ramp and on the opposite side (along the same road) is a nice fishing dock. Porta potties are also clean. More pavilions, picnic tables, trash bins and grills throughout the park.

It always nice . We went on the small dock side this time, we didn't catch any fish but it was still nice scenery and peaceful . Nice and clean Port-a-Potty .

Took my Dad fishing here today, they have a big floating fishing area here that is really nice!! Deeper water right off the peir area. Really nice if you don't have a boat. Beautiful day, seen lotsa fish, but no bites. Still had a wonderful day though.

This park is always clean and we'll maintained. I love taking my son to the park here but is is also great for fishing and kayaking.

Really enjoyed a nice paddle on this little lake. There were people fishing and kayaking and a couple boats but overall it was fairly quiet and clean and a very pretty park with lots of areas to kick back, picnic and have space to yourself... Most of the people were at the lake area and not using the rest of the park. This is a great place for family fun.
