The plaza is weird lol, but overall the building is nice sleek, interior is super pretty. Ariel was super helpful when I called! I was glad to find out they had the product I was looking for! I was using Alastin for a while and that was dog water - did not work well.

Every time I visit Pure Aesthetics I know I’m in for a treat. The office is beautiful, the services are amazing, the collagen lemonade is YUM; but the main reason I continue to travel 2 hours for my appointments is because of Ariel. She’s been extremely informative and helpful through my skin clearing journey. After an in depth conversation of what my skin goals are she has guided me in the right direction & never makes me feel rushed or as if I’m just another client. So thankful for her services and Pure Aesthetics! HIGHLY recommend.

I had a great first experience! I got the Signature Hydrafacial with Maggie. My skin feels so smooth and already looks so much better. Good communication and education with the services being provided. The spa is clean and has a nice, calming vibe. However, the facial is quite pricey for my budget. Just as an FYI, one 45-minute session costs $275.

However, a slight hiccup in my otherwise flawless visit was the recurrent unavailability of Skinade. As someone who swears by this drink, I was a tad disappointed not to find it stocked twice. But, in the grand scheme of things, this was just a minor setback in an overwhelmingly positive experience. I'll definitely be back, and hopefully, they'll have my beloved Skinade in stock next time!

I returned today for my second of eight laser hair removal treatments. Again, Kelsey was great. She is quick yet thorough. She made me feel very comfortable before beginning. The laser hurts a small bit for about 3 seconds. Then, you feel nothing. After the first treatment, I had no skin redness or problems. I am very pleased with the results so far. I will be back in six weeks for treatment number three.

Each time I got to Pure Aesthetics it’s always an amazing experience. The waiting area is beautiful, calming, clean, and inviting. All staff are friendly and pleasant, and not the overly fake pleasant like at many aesthetic businesses. Katie is my aesthetician and she has always listened to what I’m hoping to accomplish and gives realistic expectations. The clerical staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure I get all available coupons and deals so that I can save as much money as possible. The whole team is really just top notch.

My skin has improved so much because of all of Ariel’s help and recommendations. Overall, the staff is amazing but I feel especially grateful to have Ariel taking care of me!
