I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. The staff are all so accommodating nothing is too much trouble. The spacious cottages are stunning and it is the attention to detail that enhance the experience. The bath salts, the flickering candle in the bathroom, the cheese and wine on arrival are much appreciated and the excellent breakfast sets you up for the day. Everything is super clean and there is all you need for a comfortable stay. An easy walk into Lake Geneva for a day on the lake or at the beach, along with ample shops, restaurants and bars for the evening. It really is a perfect place to stay!

This was my first time staying here and visiting the town of Lake Geneva. Our stay at Seven Oaks was more than I expected. It was absolutely perfect. It was small, quaint, and exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a vacation rental. The location is perfect and very quiet. It's very close to downtown and the walkable shops, which we did a few times. If it wasn't winter, we could have walked or road bikes to the town. There are no kids or animals allowed which was nice. I have young kids and animals but I was on a vacation with my wife, so it was nice NOT to hear loud voices or barking dogs. Everything was strategically thought out and well planned. We loved showing up to find a bottle of Champaign, chocolates, cheese, and crackers. Our fridge was fully stocked each day with breakfast, juices, and water. We spent a couple nights cozied up to the fireplace and played games while listening to our favorite 90's jams on the T.V. All and all, we could not have been happier with our stay. My wife and I said multiple times that this will be our go to spot and we can't wait for the next visit.

This place is PERFECT. They have everything anyone could want. We had wine and cheese included with our stay and it was waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. The breakfast baskets were great. The house was spotless and comfortable. They have good temperature controls and a nice bathroom and kitchen area. Plenty of towels, mugs, etc. They included tea and a kettle in the room which made me happy since hotels never remember to include that. Downtown is a short walk away, so you can avoid paying for parking. I'm recommending this place to everyone I know!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and oh my God the reviews did not disappoint! The property is so cute & quiet. The perfect couples getaway. There’s nothing the property didn’t think of when they put together the suite. They provided so much to make the stay comfortable. I would recommend this place a thousand times and I can’t wait to get back!

Great place for a quiet getaway! Staff were helpful and pleasant, while also being low key. Everything inside our cabin was comfortable— the bed, the sofa, the linens, you name it! We enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese on arrival, as well as the cold breakfast basket placed in our fridge each day. There were so many fun extras too, like the fireplace, whirlpool tub, heated floors, and games. The whole place was put together thoughtfully, and made our weekend away wonderfully relaxing.

We came to town to do some sightseeing and booked one of the suites at this bed and breakfast, which is just a short walk from Lake Geneva. There were so many nice touches and we had such a nice time. The suite was spotless, covid conscious and very cozy. Snacks upon arrival, a bottle of your drink choice, and a breakfast basket was included in the cost of the stay- options for gluten free and vegan diets! There was a large jacuzzi tub in the suite with bath salts which was wonderful for relaxing. It's clear the owners take pride in this business because there were so many homey little touches and we felt very welcomed. They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and be accommodating. Highly recommend, we will be back 👍

we stayed at several bed and breakfasts across Wisconsin for our honeymoon and Seven Oaks was our favorite stop! the hosts were so friendly and accommodating, and the cottages were fantastic. so nice to have a space that was just ours, it was so quiet and romantic. within walking distance of downtown Lake Geneva and the public beach, as well as so many great diners. we are already looking forward to our next stay!

We came here for our 29th Anniversary and the place did not disappoint. Very nice & quiet location but still close to downtown for a realxing stroll around to eat & shop. Thank you Seven Oaks for all you Hospitality & having a beautiful place to relax at. Will definitely be returning in the future.

From arrival to departure the experience was wonderful. We arrived to see our names written on a chlakboard heart. The cottage and amenities were great. From the heated bathroom floors to the gas fireplace we extremely enjoyed every part of the cottage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast items provided as well as the complimentary cocktails. We will be returning!

Torres Couple This was by far the best mini getaway from the city. So calm and relaxing. If you want privacy this is the place. The name on the chalkboard was so cute, but the highlight for me was the towel warmer AMAZING. Definitely will be back. Everything from arriving to departure was definitely great hospitality.

Had a great weekend getaway to Seven Oaks with my husband. We appreciated how quiet it was and that the cottage seemed to have everything we needed. We walked to several places around the area. The breakfast was great too. Really comfy, felt like home.

Just came back from Lake Geneva for a friend’s wedding. This place was AMAZING! The cottage was adorable, cozy, clean and so, so welcoming. Being from Florida, we loved the fireplace and immediately turned it on, despite the fact that it was 80ish degrees outside. It really felt like a home away from home. I just wish there were more places like this in our own town. With everything they offer, and you’ll see it in the other reviews, it’s an amazing value for the money.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and are so glad we did! The area is beautiful and quiet, just outside of the downtown area. The place was clean and very well thought out. There was a complimentary bottle drink of choice, cheese and crackers, and the breakfast was delicious and had very large portions. We really enjoyed our stay and if are ever in this area again will most definitely stay here!

Excellent place to stay alone with your special someone as well as a couples group. Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Love that breakfast is included each morning along with a complementary bottle of wine, beer, champagne or soda. Property owners are very welcoming and encourage guests to utilize the outdoor dining space. The drive from Chicago is very scenic.
