I am typically pretty apprehensive about dental visits but the folks at Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls do a great job of making me feel at ease during my visit. Dr. Rencher and his assistant, Abby made sure I was calm and checked my comfort level with me several times during my procedure which made the entire process very easy to deal with. Great job!

I haven’t been to the dentist in years because of a poor experience I had with a different office in the past. Today my experience completely took my fear of the dentist office away and I now look forward to going back. Advanced Dental is very friendly and professional and makes everyone feel welcome. Bri was the hygienist and she was someone I was instantly comfortable with. My husband is now going for a visit after years of no dental work as well. I’m so thankful I took the leap and trusted Advanced Dental. The team is incredible and do a very good job.

This place is like no other. I have been going here since I was a kid (17 + years). My Grandma has always made sure I had my 6 month check up, dental work and Aligners all through out my life and they work great with family plans and always make you feel comfortable and confident in your teeth. Never once have I been uncomfortable here or ever had a bad visit. I’m definitely going to bring my family here when I have kids.

The best dental clinic in town! The building looks out over the canyon and I loved massage chairs while I had my exam done. As a new patient they gave me a gift bag and I did feel truly valued as a patient! If you are looking for a spa boutique feel then Advanced Dental is your ticket!

I had a great first visit. Bri is a really good hygienist and is very thorough and careful. Dr. Haas was great in explaining things during the exam. I was comfortable during the appointment with a blanket and dark glasses. They do a great job of taking care of their patients!

I can’t say enough good things about this dentists office. They’re friendly, understanding, accommodating, compassionate, and the entire staff seem to really enjoy their jobs. They always take the time to make sure I understand the pricing for my out of pocket costs after running my insurance. And they understand that it’s fairly common to have bad experiences at dentists offices in general, so they truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve been searching for a great and caring dentist for so long, and I am happy to have found this one.

The Experience was crazy they treat you like you’re on a retreat or something!! They start you off with a gift and a tour of the office it’s pretty cool great experience, Definitely recommended!

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and had a great experience. My hygienist was Tauna and she did an amazing job! They were very thorough and explained each step. I definitely recommend them for any dental needs you may have.

We were looking for a new dentist, and my husband's coworker recommended Advanced Dental Care. We were so happy with our first appointment there! Everyone was incredibly kind. We were shown to a separate (and very nice!) waiting room so my husband and I could take turns watching our young kids while the other got their teeth examined and cleaned. My hygienist even brought the kids balloons at one point, which was super sweet. The dental exam was thorough and easy to follow, and I appreciated the care I received and the patience I was shown when I asked questions and voiced concerns. All in all, we were very pleased with our first experience and plan to return!

I have a huge fear for getting teeth work done but this place makes it a breeze. They have great amenities that make you feel comfortable and cared for. They also consider your fears and take their time and are gently. They are amazing!

This is a new dentist office for me. I recently moved and was tired of traveling so for for my other dentist. I took a tour of Advanced Dental Care before making an apt. Their staff is so friendly. They really make you feel comfortable during the entire process. I ended up having a root canal done. The dentist was able to save the crown I have, saving me tons of money for a new one. Great place! Everyone from the receptionists to the dentist and in between are awesome! I’ve had two great visits so far and I am excited for the next visit. The location is easily accessible for everyone and sets beautifully on the canyon rim. Definitely would recommend anyone to this office.

I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Dental Care. I'm a busy new mom who just relocated to the area and had cracked one of my teeth. They gave me an appointment as soon as they could and even called me a day or two later to see if I would like to come in sooner. Once I was there my dentist DR. Hass was very caring, thorough, but quick and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour. I'll be bringing my entire family here for dental work.
