Julie Anderson, MD FAAFP CIC, very poor communication and bedside manner. After a week of waiting for test results, including leaving 2 messages for a call back about test results, my 85 yr-old mother learned of her test results via phone call from someone wanting to schedule a biopsy. Very upsetting for the entire family, including mom.

I went to see Carol who is absolutely great. However, her nurse is a disaster. The communication was very poor and there was never any follow up. I called regarding a medication that they prescribed to me and I was told to contact the pharmacist to figure out the dosing. When I contacted the pharmacist, they stated my doctor should be the one to determine dosage. I stopped going and didn't finish my treatment due to Carol's nurse and some of the front desk staff.

Dr Anderson and her staff are truly amazing. They listen, they care, they pay attention to every small detail and they know their stuff!! They make you feel like family and I only trust her and her staff for myself and my family’s care!!! Five stars by far!

I have only been at Simplicity once to get a simple blood pressure Rx in 2022 and since then my provider left the clinic. I did receive a letter that this provider had left but I was not helped in keeping my single Rx updated through my pharmacy. I am now out of my Rx and all I get from my Coborn's Pharmacy is "you need an appt. from another provider to get your Rx refilled" Also, from Simplicity I get information from a Secretary, not a nurse, that I need to make another appt. for a medication that I've been taking for "years" and I'm not due for any medical evaluations at this time. I am healthy and just need a stinking refill! When you are managing a patient's health and Rx's you have a very important responsibility to make sure that they are not harmed or inconvenienced during that therapy. How do I know this? I'm a practicing Physician Assistant for the last 25 years and I have never been treated so poorly, apathetically and unprofessionally. I went to Simplicity to see if they practiced with their focus on their patient's but to me it looks like policy, protocol and brushing people off is their way. Just like everyone else. They will only give you 30 days worth of your medication and so every month you have to call and "beg" for a refill. I have never done this to any person under my care. I always make sure they have their medication first and then the details can be worked-out. Continuity of care is of the utmost importance. Not only am I a practicing clinician but I'm a decorated veteran having served three tours of combat in Afghanistan. I will continue my search for a clinic and a provider who actually cares for me but with the way our society is headed, I doubt that I'll find one especially when new clinics like Simplicity can't keep their providers nor their patient's. I Seen Julie Anderson at Simplicity for the first time on February 10th, because I was feeling unheard and unappreciated at centracare. From my very first visit, I felt like my concerns were real and validated. I got an immediate treatment plan and medication to treat my concern. For the first time since I moved here in 2011, I feel I found a doctor that actually cares about me, and not the number $ that walked through the door. Thank you Julie Anderson for giving me a little piece of my life back!

If you are looking for the most caring, sincere, and compassionate Dr....Look no further! I drive 45 minutes, passing 4 clinics on my way to Dr. Hu's office and it's totally worth it. Our kids love Dr. Hu, we love Dr. Hu and couldn't imagine going anywhere else! She is a gem and makes a momma who has a child with medical concerns feel so assured and you leave just wanting to hug her!!!

Love Simplicity Health!!! The staff & doctors always go above and beyond what is expected. The doctors always take the time to listen to you and make sure understand whatever is going on. They never make you feel like just another number waiting in line. Dr Anderson has been a part of my family for 15 years and has always exceeded our expectations from day one. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my families healthcare!
