e
Bene
is
a
wonderful
little
place.
The
coffee
is
probably
the
best
in
town
(and
well-priced),
the
bookstore
has
an
excellent
selection,
and
the
owners
and
staff
are
incredibly
kind
and
helpful.
My
wife
and
I
are
semi-regulars
on
the
weekends,
as
is
my
father-in-law.
We
regularly
see
students
and
other
Benedictine
faculty
there,
which
really
adds
to
the
community
feel.
The
baked
goods
are
also
all
made
fresh
in
store
and
always
delicious.
I
once
came
in
the
day
before
my
wedding,
stressed
and
desperately
in
need
of
caffeine.
I
ordered
a
double
shot
of
espresso,
thinking
to
down
it
quickly
and
rush
off
to
my
next
errabd.
However,
it
was
priced
under
the
minimum
limit
for
credit
cards
and
I
had
no
cash
on
me.
Julia
Zia
very
kindly
gave
it
to
me
for
free,
charging
it
as
her
free
drink
for
the
day
and
saying
I
needed
it
more
than
her.
If
that's
not
giving
drink
to
the
thirsty,
I
don't
know
what
is.
