Great customer service! Our account manager Kayla always take great care of us. They can get almost anything you need and deliver it directly to the heliport to come offshore if you're in a pinch.

I have always found everything I’ve needed at Richard’s. Their sales staff are extremely friendly and most helpful. I would highly recommend their products and services to everyone.

I recently brought new McWare pots from Richard's Supply. After researching, I found out that Mcware was similar to Magalite at a cheaper price. I also special ordered a 10 and 14 quart pot. Their staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. My pots are awesome and I am pleased that I decided to buy McWare at Richard's Supply in Houma.

Great Customer Service and Support. The Service Department was very helpful in getting our ice machine fixed quickly on a Friday afternoon before we had a large group of people coming over for the weekend.
