I highly recommend this place for laser tattoo removal. I was treated extremely well before and upon arrival. Staff sent me text messages with clear instructions about how to find the office and reminded me about completing paperwork through the portal prior to my appointment. It was nice to have everything all done when I arrived - I was offered a beverage when I arrived and the waiting area and bathroom were super nice. The music choice was really perfect too, I loved the chill vibes :) My treatment was really painful but the technician (Katie) was very skilled, she did everything to make me feel comfortable and gave me something to squeeze on during the laser treatment. Afterwards I was provided a heart shaped ice pack to ease my swelling on the ride home and a small canister of numbing creme to apply before my next treatment. Thank you for treating me so good and making this painful experience as pleasant as it could be! Meg and the entire staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and take their time to ensure all your questions are answered. Going to see Meg is like visiting an old friend. She always welcomes you with open arms and cares for you as if you have known her your whole life. She will never needlessly upsell services and truly has a vision for services that will best suit you with your goals. The coffee and wine bar is such a lovely bonus and comfy chairs are a comfy place to arrive early to for your appointment to relax with wine or tea in hand.

She has always made sure it isn’t never overly painful (and with their new machine it’s barely noticeable) and explains everything well beforehand. She’s also just a really sweet and caring person who makes you feel comfortable during something that could make you feel potentially somewhat vulnerable if you’re a private person like me. I’ve received both Botox and laser hair removal treatments from Meg & Co. Their office is adorable and cozy, and all of the aestheticians are super kind and enjoyable to work with. I always leave feeling in a better mood, which is great considering both procedures aren’t very comfortable.
