Went in feeling rough, headache, flu like symptoms. They did a covid test, and tested negative. The MA, and the PA were great. It was fast service. The place was very clean. All the people affiliated with Springfield Urgent Care were excellent.

It's a good urgent care but don't be surprised if you get forgotten about during your appointment. We had been waiting for about 30-45 minutes in the room and eventually the doctor came back in and admitted to forgetting about us and just laughed it off. Not very professional but still a good urgent care.

Outstanding experience today! I took my kids for their sports physicals and the visit was smooth and streamlined. My kids felt very comfortable all throughout. They have great providers and staff at the Clarkston location and that’s why our family continues to return.

After attempting to visit another nearby Urgent Care (which no longer had weekend hours!), I decided to try this location. I’m a creature of habit, so I was hesitant to do so vs. simply waiting until Monday, but I’m glad I didn’t - the staff here was incredibly attentive, fast, and (most importantly) thorough! I was visiting due to a dog bite and they did everything to ensure I was in and out quickly, but without any oversight to prevent the need for a future visit - I.e. X-Rays to confirm there weren’t any bone fragments in the wound. Beyond this the office was super clean and nice, it’s conveniently located and nearly as close to my home as the other location, and everyone couldn’t have been more caring and friendly. With a single visit, this became my new default go-to for Urgent Care!

Deep cut on my right hand middle finger. Would not stop bleeding. Received immediate attention. Physician managed to stich cut and stop bleeding. Very professional and excellent work. Highly recommend Springfield Urgent Care!

We were in and out within 30 minutes! That was with 2 sick kids. They gave the kids a popsicle at the end also. Super quick and efficient.

My visit was very urgent and they treated me as so. The nursing staff Harrison and Josh were empathetic, attentive and helpful. Karen the PA was determined to make me feel better or have an action plan even though my results were not giving a clear indication what was going on. I did spend some time there but it was to make sure my vitals and symptoms were improving. I will be back of myself or my family ever needed care again.
