Very friendly greeting by owner and staff. My husband and I had the boudin egg rolls, sausage & chicken gumbo with rice, boudin burger with spicy coleslaw on it and cracklings for the ride home. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs but everything looked so good! Reasonable prices and big portions. And yes, Everything was absolutely delicious. Tasted fresh and spiced to perfection. We can’t wait to come back to the beach and stop by to eat at our new favorite spot! We definitely recommend The Boudin Company! It’s very clean, pleasant atmosphere and the food will not disappoint!

On my way to work I always past by this place but I didnt know if it was open due it being the only place I saw in the small plaza. I was off of work today and I decided to give the place a try. I am still stuffed from this afternoon's lunch. I decided to try out the boudin balls, pulled pork, bread pudding and white chocolate cranberry pecan cookie. For one thing I could only it one ball because they were so big. I love the like crunch and crispy outside with the filling exploding in your mouth with ever bite. The pulled pork was soft and moist with the slaw giving it that extra kick. The bread pudding was so heavenly with the sweet rum sauce. But one thing that I cant put into words is how good the brown sugar lemonade is. Sorry the pictures of food were taken at home because I got my order to go.

Wow, definitely worth a trip to Rosenberg, amazing what they do with Boudin and cajun food here. Stumbled on this place on a road trip. Crawfish, Mac and cheese with brisket balls, boudin sausages were incredibly delicious. The chef is a Louisiana trained pro and specializes in high quality food with his own unique style and knocks it out of the park with so many options. We had a small sample of gumbo that was easily one of the best I've had anywhere. Crawfish potato salad was another unique gem. A bit of a whole in the wall location, they're opening a new restaurant soon up the road a bit but don't let the spot fool you, this place is top notch and doesnt dissappoint!

The is super friendly!!! The food is super delicious!!! The brown sugar lemonade, gumbo & boudin egg rolls are amazing . *drool* call ahead for cracklings they were sold out when we came :( but we are definitely coming back for them another time!!!!

First time here and LOVE IT!! You got to try their gumbo & cream cheese stuffed boudin balls! Absolutely delicious in every way and the mango punch margarita hit the spot! Also, if you like fried pork skins with some meat on them this is the place to stop - never tasted flavor like this on a pork skin! My tastebuds are happy!! Go get some!!

First time! Customer service was awesome! The food was awesome! Fried brisket Mac and cheese balls to die for. The eggs rolls were good. The gumbo had lots of flavor. Let's talk about this brown sugar lemonade🥰

Don't waste your time going anywhere else!!! The gumbo is off the chain. The atmosphere and service is great. Everything is cooked fresh and delicious, it's worth the money. To all my trucker friends don't give McDonald's your money walk over and get some real food.

The staff greeted us as we entered. They asked if we'd been there before & offered a taste of gumbo. The gumbo was seasoned perfectly! The dining area was clean & the decor is cool. There was a short wait for our food to be prepared, but it was worth the wait. The cracklin was smoking hot. The crawfish boudin comes with crackers. The boudin balls & okra comes with sauce. The mild sauce along with all the food tasted really good. Overall, the seasoning on all the food was perfect & it's definitely worth the try. Will return & would definitely recommend.

I’ve never had boudin before and I love it! Such great flavor! I’m A truck driver and parked at the truck stop. I love trying new and different kinds of food! If you are in the area, come get some of this damn good food! You can taste the love in it!

Saw the sign on our way out of town and pulled over to try it & SO glad we did! The staff was extremely friendly & helpful when ordering and the food was SO good. Hot, fresh, Flavorful and delicious!! We had the eggrolls, jalapeño cheese boudin balls and gumbo + brown sugar lemonade! Will definitely be back!!!

My husband is from Louisiana is always on the hunt for some good boudin so we stumbled across the boudin company. We decided to try some of everything on the menu and wasn't disappointed. We enjoyed every bit of our dine in experience they were nice inviting people. I definitely recommend and will be back in the near future! Thanks for the great service!

Found this spot online, decided to give it try. First off costumer service was a lil off to me!!! No eye contact and was very dry. Have off the impression that he wanted us to hurry up . Keep in mind it was our first time here and really didn’t know wat to get . I ended up just getting boudin and Cracklin . After I checked out a couple came up next . He greeted them, made eye contact and asked how the was and offered them samples of his food. We never received that introduction !!!! Then he asked them hello, is this your first time here? I’m standing there in amazed this young Afro American brother didn’t even show us any of this service. Well of course I want tell wat color the other costumers was that he was catering too!!! I thought all money was green and you shouldn’t cater to just who you think would give you better business !!! I will not be back!!! I will say crackling was prepared fresh and it was best I’ve tasted , haven’t tried boudin yet!
