    I took reformer Pilates with Rae and it has been so fun. She does a great job of pushing you but also making sure that you’re not being pushed too hard. This is the first time I’ve ever truly enjoyed working out. If you haven’t tired Little Apple Pilates it’s a must and it’s very easy to fit into your busy schedule as they offer a large variety of different classes.

    I have absolutely loved my Hot Pilates class with Cynthia! She does a great job of explaining each movement, offering variations, and encouraging each student all the way through. I always feel great after each class. I also have taken Ariel Stretching with Hilary and have enjoyed it very much! Hilary does a great job of making everyone feel comfortable while encouraging us to challenge ourselves. Although I had never touched an ariel hammock prior to this class, Hilary helped us learn to use our strength and implement it into hammock fitness. I definitely want to do it again!

    I took Hot Pilates as a class through K-State and had an amazing experience!! Hillary was such an engaging teacher and always made sure that we were up for what she had planned! I really enjoyed the class and would highly recommend you taking a class!!

    I really enjoyed my Hot Pilates class w/ Cynthia Amano! It was my first time ever being introduced to pilates and she was a wonderful instructor. I really enjoyed how if we ever felt uncomfortable or weren’t able to complete a certain exercise, she always gave us an alternative exercise, that was very considerate! Overall, I had a great time and would consider taking more classes here in the future!

    I am currently taking Pilates here with Hilary and it is my favorite class!! Hilary is so fun & supportive and makes the class informative so you understand what you are actually doing to your body! This class is fun and everyone is so welcoming & kind! You will definitely get a good workout & see positive results!!

    I am currently enrolled in the hot yoga 8 weeks course for KSU. The instructor Vanessa is personable and an excellent teacher. Her classes are energizing and fun. I also love the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling relaxed. The studio has the best atmosphere allowing your body to fully relax!!! I would highly recommend!

    I absolutely love this place! The vibes & energy is amazing!! I have taken Pilates & Hot yoga & I love them both. I would definitely recommend any class here, everyone is super friendly & helpful! A great group of staff members!!

    I took classes here through K-State and absolutely loved it! The studio has such a great atmosphere and all the instructors are so friendly and helpful. I loved these classes so much I enrolled in two of them!

    Amazing experience! Helped me to feel more confident in myself by guiding me through small classes full of supportive individuals. Truly an amazing community of empowering women! I highly recommend trampoline cardio for people who want to be challenged both mentally and physically to push themselves to their limits.

    I took yoga with Christina through KSU and she is amazing! The amount of flexibility and confidence I gained in my yoga skills grew tons. I always left class feeling relaxed, energized, and maybe sometimes sore if I tried a new skill. But this place is awesome! Can’t wait to explore more classes!
