Thank you, Ally team! We were seen quickly and efficiently and had a great experience from our check in to check out. My daughter had a virus and the staff were so kind and well equipped to work with little ones (thank you for the popsicle and teddy bear to help her feel more comfortable!). We are extremely grateful to have an emergency care center in Dripping Springs and the entire Ally staff was incredible!

Amazing experience at Ally! Hands down the best ER experience I have ever had. There was no wait and I was in and out in under 1 hour. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel lucky to have this place as a part of our community in Dripping.

I was recommended by Victoria to come to Ally. I had the best experience today for my visit. From the Front desk Luis. To the medical staff Rad tech Jane, Nurses Alaina and Alicia. Also Dr. Best. So glad that Ally opened in Dripping Springs! I went in mid-day, and was seen very quickly. The entire staff was super helpful, and the doctor was fantastic--I felt heard and never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

Wow! So incredibly happy to have this facility right down the street! Went back in today for a dog bite and every step of the way I was impressed! I would absolutely recommend them. Dr. Nate, Nurse Alicia and Sandy calmed me down and took great care of me, from gathering info to treatment to notifying law enforcement. Very clean and beautiful facility!

No one wants to go to the ER, but if you find yourself needing one, go to Ally. The staff and medical team at Ally ER are fantastic. We were seen in a timely manner. A doctor attended to my son within a few minutes of arriving. They have all the diagnostic tools and equipment necessary for a functioning ER. They are professional and provide patients with personalized care.

I cannot recommend Ally Medical Emergency room enough! I was dealing with significant pain, and was checked in and back to a room in under 15 minutes. Everyone was very kind, considerate, and I am thankful for their excellent care. Compared to past er experiences were I sat for 6+ hours in the waiting room and sent home with little help, this time was completely different in such a positive way. Thank y’all again!
