We used chef Phillip for a private dinner. He did an excellent job with a family style steak meal. His crab cake appetizer was amazing. The bread pudding was a great finishing touch.

Chef Joseph did an amazing job for Mother’s Day! The brisket was juicy and tender, the BBQ sauce was tangy and flavorful, the Mac n Cheese was the perfect combo of creamy and crispy, and the bread pudding was so soft on the inside it melted in your mouth. Everything was fantastic and made with attention and care. Highly recommend their food! 👏🏾

If you are looking for intimate dining or even a large event, this catering business is your stop to shop. Recently, they prepared my “Mothers Day” Luncheon. I did not know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations. We had brisket, Mac/cheese, and bread pudding pre-fixed. Oh my God, fresh and tasty!!! The brisket, heated according to Sou Chef Joe Andress, was so tender and the flavor like I had never tasted before. The Mac/cheese was creamy and very 😋 tasty. Lastly, the bread pudding with the homemade bourbon sauce was the bomb dot com..I’m creole SW Louisiana that grew up with all the best dishes, and me and my family voted that this catering company surpassed our expectations. Everyone enjoyed your dinner that you prepared for us. The food was very delicious and well prepared. We enjoyed the leftovers for a couple of days because of the amount of food you supplied to us was wonderful. If we have another event we will definitely call you to cater. We recently hosted a housewarming party at our lakehouse and Chef Phillip and his team did a phenomenal job! They are very professional and easy to work with. We met a couple of times beforehand to iron out all the details. They were very friendly and helpful in planning the menu for our party. All of their food is "to die for" and their work ethic is top notch! After our party, Chef Phillip and his team spotlessly cleaned our kitchen; they even swept and mopped our floors! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Chef Phillip and his team and will definitely use them again! Thank you for a job well done!

Had a huge group coming down to our Beach House this weekend at the Bolivar and decided to make breakfast tacos. Purchased Chorizo from Chef Philip and it was truly a HUGE HIT!!! All of my guests went on and on about how tasty it was and the best they have ever had. I am of Mexican decent and have to admit this is the best!!! Not greasy like store bought and more flavor than any restaurant I have had. This will not disappoint!!! I have already placed my order for more.
