I was so impressed with this new and upcoming restaurant that I have decided it will be my initial featured restaurant on my new blog (website in progress) Dining With Dar! diningwithdar.com Every aspect of this place is screaming SHARE ME WITH THE WORLD! Our experience started when I though my husband would be late, so I called to ask if I could push my reservation back 15 minutes. I was assured by "Sonny" that it was not a problem and he ensured I would have a table upon my arrival. We began with Italian imported water, a nice red from the wine list and appetizers of fried calamari and the nightly special crab stuffed mushrooms. These are /wo favorites of our and we try them at most every restaurant we visit but rarely find one, let alone both, exquisite! Such was the case here at Nonno's though. We couldn't have been more pleased. Warm semolina bread was brought to our table which we enjoyed throughout our meal. I am an honest person and tough to please so I feel compelled to insert my only complaint here. Butter accompanied the bread to our table and we would have much rather preferred a seasoned dipping oil for our bread. There, now that I have gotten that off my chest, let me continue with the praise! The staff checked on us regularly but were no overbearing or hovering. Sonny was kind enough to offer us the specials on the menu twice-once when we ordered our appetizers and again after we had devoured these delectable morsels of the gods! (We were so surprised by the perfection of our appetizers, we forgot the specials!) I chose the shrimp special that consisted of shrimp, sundried tomatoes, asparagus, garlic and cream sauce that can only be compared to the nectar of the heavens. All of this was served over perfectly cooked angel hair pasta. This was the absolute best pasta dish I had even eaten in my life. I couldn't help but pray that this dish could be added to the regular menu as I may have to order it every single time I dine here. My husband ordered Chicken Sorrentino. Chicken breasts sautéed with shallots and wine, then demi-glazed and topped with eggplant, fresh tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. It was accompanied by fresh vegetables. I had to try a bite as it smelled so good. This dish is full of flavor. The sauce is what every chicken should be bathed in. The fresh vegetables on the plated gave the dish the perfect amount "OMG, I'm so glad I am being served with th>s Chicken Sorrentino!) (I knew what those veggies were thinking! Lol) Oh but wait! I'm not done! Tirimisu is by far my absolute favorite dessert and I have to try it whenever I can find it on any menu. Again, I am not overly exaggerating when I tell you this was by far, hands down, the BEST tirimisu that ever blessed my tongue. It was light and full of flavor. My husband and I shared this dessert but next time, he will have to get his own! Hot fresh cappuccinos made the perfect pairing with our dessert to end our meal. The entire staff, especially Sonny and Nonno, made us feel like we were a part of their family dining with them. We were invited back and will definitely take them up on the offer. Nonno's has entered our rotation of divine eateries! We are already planning our trip back! Do NOT let any time pass you by before calling to book your reservations! Once the word gets out about this place, it'll be hard to get a reservation!

Went Sunday. Service was absolutely horrendous. Was supposed to be my parents anniversary dinner. They had no servers except the owner and a bus boy. Owner tossed the menus to us after we sat ourselves. Had to get up and grab another menu. Asked us "what do you want to eat". No, "hi, I'm so and so, can I start you off with drinks". Nope. Came and rushed us into ordering. The service was abysmal. Bill was $130 for 3 dinners a salad and a blood Mary. The owner never came after food was dropped . Never "how is everything". The only time the busboy moved was to grab our check. He flew to get us out of there because they wanted to serve the 20 person party going on as they had no actual servers. We had the intent on having a 65 person party there for our company Christmas party. I am sooo glad I didn't book it. To the owner who only had 1 table plus a 20 person party.. it is better to give NO service than to give bad service. I signed the check and literally tossed the bill on the bar and left. Never been soo angry at a restaurant in my entire life. Embarrassing beyond believe. This was Sunday at 3pm. *** 2 tables (us and a small party). Embarrassing doesn't begin to describe it ** $26.00 for 6 ravioli. Take the time. Drive past this place and go to milford, Pa.

A VERY nice surprise! We were passing this place many times and today decided to try. Everything starting with house salad and eggplant rolls, veal with vegetables and bronzino with risotto was super tasty. Really stands out from local restaurants.

The owner, Frank helped us to plan the most perfect Wedding Luncheon that took place on 7/15/23! It was wonderful, from the delicious appetizers, to the main courses and dessert! !! Can’t say enough about the food and service!! Thank you Frank and your Staff!

Nono’s Italian Restaurant is amazing! I normally don’t review places, but once I saw a bad review at the same time I went I was astonished at the lies. I came here Sunday at around 3 to 3:30. Staff is extremely friendly. I mean honestly I had no problems. I didn’t want to leave. I had such a good time with my Fiancé. The food was absolutely amazing and super cheap. I mean honestly, for 2 meals it was only $85. That’s super cheap for great gourmet meals. I will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful inside but service was very slow. It took 45 minutes to get someone to take our order. We put kids chicken fingers in right away and they were the last thing to come out. Pork chop was just ok (about 4 inches thick), the seafood pasta was tasty.

Simply lovely! Service was attentive, dining was upscale but still very comfortable. Italian menu was diverse. Everything was delicious! Cappuccinos were a perfect finish to a perfect meal. Looking for genuine Italian cuisine? This is your place!

😠 Gave then a second chance today and they disappointed again. You can see my original review below from 5 months ago. At this point I would say SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, where tour business is appreciated. I called up and asked If their Margherita pie was made with fresh mozzarella or shredde...

👍👍 Come on down!! Wow! Another Sabrett hot dog place, similar to Hanks Frank's, on Rt 46 in Lodi, NJ. Having just moved back into the area after living out of state for a dozen years, I discovered this great, local, hidden gem! I've come here a couple times now for the thin Sabrett hotdogs with topping...
