New location in La Vernia is beautiful!! It is still charming with rustic touches, but a little fancy. This place is worth the drive! The patty melt, with all the cheeses, is amazing! The onions and mushrooms are so delicious flavor bombs, I cannot believe they get so much flavor!! The shakes are smooth and thick and creamy. The tater tots are ALWAYS HOT AND CRISP. Never have I had a soggy tot. The French fries are good, but I prefer the tots. The hamburgers are always moist and juicy! You get your money's worth, they don't hold back on anything. I have not had a bland or unfortunate burger. Everything I've tried on the menu is superb. My husband had their new spicy bacon crazy burger, and we've been back to get it again because it is so good. Restrooms are gender neutral, so no long lines!

Highly recommend the Legend😎👍 I’ve travelled all over the country and tried a lot of restaurants and can honestly say I’ve never had anything quite like this sandwich. Lots of flavor and don’t let the camera angle fool you, it’s big, this is a sandwich you eat with two hands! The fries were also amazing, really enjoyed the “Stubborn Soda” specifically the root beer. Not the cheapest place in town but you get a lot of food and it’s all wonderfully and uniquely flavored. Service was excellent too, great job, don’t miss this hidden gem!!

We came into town to look at a few antique stores. There were several options to choose from, but we liked the name. It's a nice little place. It looks to be a family run place. We had a single burger and a patty melt with fries and rings. While we waited, we enjoyed the music and idiot TV. I also enjoyed the soda options they had. They have Stubborn soda. The food looked delicious. The rings and fries were great. Cooked well and seasoned. The burger was good, but for me, it could use a little more seasoning. The patty melt was amazing. Lots of cheese, onions cooked to perfection. The Texas coast was crispy, yet soft enough to melt in your mouth. Great food and experience. Would absolutely go back.

Burger and fries are amazing!! Best burger I think I've had. Staff was super friendly, food was out quick. Got the 1/4 lb single with cheese and bacon, fries for the side. Bacon was thick and juicy. Everything was full of flavor. Fries were just right, super risoy outside, soft on the inside. Super clean and cool atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Seriously the best burger we have had since moving here. We love the staff, young kids who are polite & cheerful. Our 16 year old even said he could see himself working for a restaurant like BWB. Their fries are AMAZING & so is the homemade ranch.

Love this place!!! I ordered 2 extra pieces of bacon for my dog after her vet appointment. When they saw it was for my dog they added the bacon to a pup cup. Plus my food was delicious!!

Firat bite....I was like,THIS is THE ONE...i guess I won't be eating burger when i go back to California. Greqt menu...good food... I highly reccomend this place.

Nice little gem. Place was great, get in line order food.. give them your name and the food will be served as ordered. The orders go in the place they are ordered which was great. The food is made to order. We did wait in the line for maybe 5-10 mins it was very busy. Waited on food for another 20- 25 minutes, but the food was well worth the wait. Clean Friendly staff Family owned Will definitely visit again soon. ** pricing is a little high but inflation has done that as of right now , there is also a sign at the door that says prices have increased :)

Absolutely fantastic food. I’ve had about 6 different “specialty burgers and chicken sandwiches” and each have been truly stellar, to the point that I have to really think about what I’m going to order each time I come. The sides are great and have a wide variety. The owners really care and they/their workers are always cheerful and positive which makes for a fantastic experience each time we come.

There wasn't a full menu but the food we did order was super good! We got the spicy chicken sandwich with crispy tots, a kids burger, chili burger with grilled jalapeños, triple burger, spicy fried pickles, onion rings, sweet potato fries, fries and the Maddy. There was 7 of us and we could not finish the food. It's ok though we had left overs for later! We definitely recommend the spicy fried pickles, the onion rings are AMAZING, the sweet potatoes are delicious, the chili in the food was SO good. The fries are the lightly battered kind which we LOVE. We were so full that we were only able to taste the Maddy and it was yummy. The burgers are made to your doneness! The food here is AMAZING! I’m picky when it comes to burgers and was very happy with the quality of meat used and the flavor of the burgers. The sides and appetizers were all great too. I highly recommend the fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. Some of the best chili I’ve ever had. Went well with the chili burger and loaded fries. The portions are very generous. We came with a group of friends and still had lots of leftovers. The staff is very friendly and despite not having everything on the menu, they do their best to make sure you have a good experience. We are from the Corpus area visiting San Antonio and are happy to say it was worth the drive.

My husband and I had one of the best burgers today...I hate I didn't take a picture maybe because it looked soo good. The pics on their site was absolutely what you will get. The staff was very welcoming from the time we walked in. Kris the owner was so friendly and talked with us. Definitely check this place out you will not be disappointed...delicious and affordable!!! We will be back and I will take pics.
