I went here twice on my trip to New Orleans, easily the best restaurant on Bourbon street. The food was 🔥 especially after a long night of drinking. (They close at 2am). Service was very good too. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing food and great atmosphere/vibes! Never had gumbo served to me in a coffee cup and now that's how I want it exclusively. Flavors pack a punch and the roast beef is a must. Newer joint but an absolute must stop if you're in town

The Overstuffed roast beef, Cajun gumbo and of course you can’t forget about the fishbowls! Some of the BEST things I’ve had on bourbon street. They have great portion sizes, vibes, music, and customer service!! Definitely a 10 out of 10. If you are coming to NOLA please visit, you won’t be disappointed at all!

2023-Aug the Gumbo and beef (with “debris”) PoBoy were excellent, even if it was more 6” than 10”. But think of this place more like a food truck. There’s a small table and a tiny table. And a short two seat bar cluttered with too much stuff to even see the bartender to order before coming all the way inside and leaning over anyone who might be sitting at either bar stool. The whole place is about the size of a modest bedroom. The food came out quickly in styrofoam containers neatly tied up in a plastic grocery bag, complete with plastic ware etc. We were invited to sit at one of the four tables at the pool hall next door that had a passage to it. The billiards place has a forty foot bar! Both places had different music loud enough to drown out boisterous barhoopers, which made it too loud to have any conversation in either of the scantily peopled spaces.

Amazing! This was some of the best food in New Orleans! I had the Boudin egg rolls, a Beef po boy, the cajun Gumbo, and the triple pork red beans and rice. We came back for more. Chad the bartender and the chef were so nice. So talented!

OMG…the food at this place is AMAZING!!!!! Delicious is an understatement…the gumbo, boudin egg rolls, the crawfish etoufee…the chef really know how to put a delicious meal together…and don’t get my started about just how good the drinks are!!!! You have to order the Dragon Lemonade … 🔥!! Chad (our bartender) had us thoroughly entertained all night with his high energy , fantastic drinks, and DJ skills . The vibe is “just right” to have a good adult time! Don’t sleep on this local gem!!! You won’t regret stopping by!

This place is literally a hidden gem. Seafood gumbo and boudin eggrolls were absolutely delicious. Chad showed great hospitality! Everything is just on point and prices weren’t outrageous. Definitely a place you should try!

The chef meals were HANDS DOWN the best meals we’ve had in New Orleans! As a traveler from Ohio I want to freeze a bag and take it home! 10/10! IMMACULATE

Can’t say enough good about this place. We found this place on day 1 of our trip and came back every day after, even for something small. This was great after other disappointing restaurants that were a higher price point. The food here is seriously amazing. The etouffee and gumbo were some of the best food I’ve ever had in life. We were initially a little thrown off by the packaging, but big coffee cups of soup were incredibly convenient. The boudin eggrolls were delicious, generous, and perfectly crispy. We loved the tender and well seasoned beef debris po boy. Delicious!!Generous potions and very friendly service. Chad won’t steer you wrong! We also enjoyed the karaoke on the other side of the bar; the host was fun and pretty talented. Much more relaxed pace of a bar compared to the rest of bourbon street.

Chad, the bartender, was fantastic! He was funny and very personable! The red beans & rice is probably the best I’ve had in New Orleans (and I have visited multiple times and gone to multiple restaurants.). My husband loved the spicy seafood gumbo. My husband and I loved how they served the food in a to-go coffee cup. It made the service much quicker because once we were done we could just take our cups and go without having to get a box and transfer our food over to it. 10/10 recommend.

When I visited yesterday, it was really awesome experience involving food and service. The owner who is Asian(from Florida) was definitely the best owner I’ve met and his service was GREAT and it was really nice to do small talk with him. So I came back there today(16th Dec) to try other things but the waiter for today was awful. He was the WORST ever waiter I’ve experienced. My food got delayed and the people who ordered after me got the same food that I ordered earlier. I have never thought that even though you order same thing first, but get food the last. He told me that there are just three employees and tries his best, but when you work trying best is the very minimum point of working. He just told me that if I would keep the order or cancel it and he doesn’t matter with very rude voice. I felt that it is a way of showing for his racism. The trip in the New Orleans was kind of the best trip in my life except today’s experience in Cajun Dragon Grill. but still the food is the best food in the NO. It is my first ever review in Google map because what I’ve experienced today was the worst luck.
