I had my first visit today and am extremely happy with my decision to go to Hygge Behavioral Health! I feel like I am finally not only being listened to, but heard! I have great faith that they will be able to help me! It was great not just to be thrown on another anti-depressant that wont work and sent home. Megan had a better understanding of me than any other office I have went to! She took her time, listened to me, asked great questions when warranted and was very knowledgeable. Thank you for the great care!

I’ve been in desperate search of someone who is willing to treat my hard to treat mental health problems. I initially chose Hygge because when I called around, Shannon (front desk) answered and she ACTUALLY sounded happy- the other places I called their receptionists sounded like they hated their life. From what I’ve learned: If you call or visit an establishment and all of their staff seem miserable, run. It’s probably a bad establishment! I did not have that experience at Hygge! I made an in person visit to see Stacey and I was very impressed with not only the professionalism, but their office is SO cute and it’s very clean. I like how they take the time to actually care for their office- every other mental health clinic had a dull atmosphere. In session I felt like I was in a full on therapy session (in a good way)- Stacey seemed like she actually wants to help people instead of just handing out pills. She took the time to really listen to me, talk to me about my symptoms, and gives good advice. She seems very knowledgeable and she seems like she enjoys what she does. Overall, I’m impressed!! If you’re skeptical, I would personally recommend Hygge Behavioral Health & Wellness.

I took my 4 year old son to see Stacey. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My son loves the children's room with all the toys. Stacey was able to observe him and, between her observations and an assessment she gave us to fill out, and one for his teacher, she confidently diagnosed his ADHD. She also gave us some very helpful advice and resources for helping him grow and learn. Definitely will be back in the future as he gets older and needs more help and/or medication. The practice itself is so comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Stacey, Shannon and Hillary are amazing. They are always in a good mood, so personable and talk to you like you are a friend rather than a patient. I’m always excited to visit and never feel nervous or on edge. Amazing humans, great environment. Not sure I could ever go anywhere else.

I love Stacey! She is very compassionate and actually listens to you. She is very down to earth and you do not feel judged. I recommend her to everyone for adults and kids!! She definitely rocks!

Amazing and caring staff from the front office to the NP. Welcoming environment that feels like a safe space and not a clinic. Particularly love when the house pet is roaming around. Never feels rushed. Feels like a lesser therapy appointment because of the concerned questioning but not like the clinical rhetoric of a psychiatrist. Perfect balance. Highly recommend.

I started seeing Stacey before she became Hygge. I decided long ago that where she went, I was going to go. Stacey understands. She listens. She helps. Her entire team at Hygge is the same way. The most important thing to any of them is my well-being. Whenever I call the office, the receptionists are always attentive. I've had to speak to the billing department a couple times and received not but kindness. My RN, Hillary, just did an absolutely amazing job handling a break down I had recently over the phone and was able to bring me back to myself in just a few short minutes. I cannot reccomend Hygge enough, nor can I speak highly enough about the people who work there. I know I can count on any one of them for anything I need. There is absolutely no other place I would rather go.

Absolutely awful! I was on a combination of medications and my anxiety was just increasing due to a number of real life situations. Instead of listening to me I was made to feel like tapering off everything now and not waiting was the best choice. I felt ignored and humiliated. I'm still unmedicated because apparently that's the best decision? Having a crises I called in and the nurse plays gatekeeper because they're on their 2nd vacation within 45 days? My panic disorder is unchecked, my sleep schedule is horrendous, I'm nauseated from nerves, I can't go into public without hyperventilating and I've lost my job. But if I do or seek anything I'm AMA? No. That is a terrible TERRIBLE chain of events. Getting in with any other practice now without the good paying coverage and gas at 5$ a gallon.. they should be ashamed, I feel violated.
