I highly recommend Ben and let me tell you, you will be in great hands if you book an appointment with him. This is not your typical massage, but a true therapeutic healing massage. Ben is a professional and I felt at ease with him from the moment I met him. I am having pain in my shoulder and neck and he is helping me to alleviate this pain through massage as well as at home techniques, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have only been twice, but I cannot wait for my third appointment with Ben because I know I will be on the road to recovery. This was the most unique and wonderful massage experience I have had! Ben asks questions about your body, where you hold stress and what you want to work on in your session. I was dealing with particularly tight hips and back issues. I felt completely out of wack and my whole body felt stiff!!!! After one hour of him working on pressure points, I was relaxed and feeling great! But as soon as I stood up, I realized what a healer he was! I felt like I was walking on a cloud of marshmallows! My entire body felt lighter, loosened up and tension free! I hadn’t felt that good in my body in years! I am looking forward to seeing him on a regular basis to keep up with this momentum. After months of putting off an appointment with Ben, I finally went and cannot believe I waited so long! I have extremely tight hips and lower back pain, but Ben was able to release the tightness in just one session. I was sore for a day or two but felt so much more mobility and was able to get out of bed without the usual aches/pain. Need to share my experience with Ben. I went to my first healing massage a few days ago. Let me tell you…I walked in a stressed out, tight, bundle of nerves. I walked out super relaxed, chilled out, and loose. I tend to keep my stress bottled up and it manifests in bad ways in my body and spirit. Ben’s energy work and manipulation of acupressure points miraculously worked out all the stress. I’ll flat out say that this was the best massage I’ve ever received. I’m still super zen from it. Ben’s healing energy is amazing!

I cannot recommend Ben enough! I was living (for years!) with neck/shoulder/upper arm pain. I've had massages but the pain would come back soon after. I went to Ben and in 2 visits it was gone, completely gone. Ben's goal was to figure out this pain and with a combination of techniques he succeeded completely. It's been 2+ months since my sessions and I continue, amazingly, to be pain free.
