From the "welcome" when you enter the office, to the beautiful decorations and yummy snacks/drinks(!), the office makes you feel right at home the moment you arrive! The staff is wonderful and Dr. Niko is fantastic. From a mother's perspective, I truly appreciate Dr Niko's honest, caring, and conservative approach. I appreciate that he doesn't push unnecessary procedures. For example, my son's former dentist recommended that we fill three cavities. Before doing so we went to Dr. Niko for a second opinion. Dr. Niko said he didn't think filling all of them was necessary because of the position of the cavities, and also because they were baby teeth and would be falling out soon. You can tell Dr. Niko loves his work, and it reflects in the way that he cares for his patients. If you want to be taken care of like you are family, this dental office and Dr. Niko are for you!

I'm very happy with the care I've received at San Ramon Valley Dentistry and I highly recommend Dr. Niko. I've known Dr. Niko for many years and have been a patient of his since he moved into this area several years ago. I have a history of complicated dental work and Dr. Niko has always gone above and beyond to address and fix my problems and ensure that I have a good understanding of what is happening and my options. What's best, I've not had any problems at all with the few larger pieces of work he's done for me. The best dental care I have ever experienced! I wish I had switched sooner. Great attention and service. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your bone structure that you had no clue about. Keen eye on detail! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… Dr Niko gave me a plan with a reasonable price to take care of all my teeth. Even my 4 years old felt so comfortable to be there since He had horrible experiences in the pediatric dental office before. I have to add that also, I have a high anxiety about sitting in the dental chair , I didn’t even feel any pain or discomfort during any of my procedures. I would highly recommend Dr Niko and his professional staff to anyone!!!

I am very content with San Ramon Valley Dentistry! Dr. Nico treats his patients with much consideration and professionalism. He is very attentive to your case and gives you a clear explanation of the treatment needed. Dr. Nico’s staff is excellent. You’d be hard pressed to find RDAs as nice as Claudia and Yadi. I went for a cleaning and Bessie the hygienist was so friendly and attentive and did an excellent job. I’d highly recommend San Ramon Valley Dentistry to anyone.

We went here for my 6 year old’s clean up appointment. The office is neat and clean with a welcoming snack and coffee section for the visitors. Coming to the appointment, our hygienist was Bessie and was she was fabulous. She was gentle and patient and engaging with my 6 year old daughter. She is very good at what she does. She even explained every stage of the clean up to my daughter and explained good dental hygiene methods to my daughter in a fun interactive way. She was even shown the camera pictures of her teeth. I loved that they involved my daughter activity even though she is a kid. Doctor Nico was prompt and thorough. A good family dentist practice.

My front lower teeth were very crooked for a long time. I didn't think that aligners would work, but Dr. Niko and the Claudias made my teeth straight. They made the impossible, possible!

My sons and I have been patients here for the past 2 years. I got my tooth pulled this past Saturday and I was so anxious. But Dr. Niko and his staff made me feel so comfortable, it was over before I knew it. Great dental office!

I had my first dental visit this year in Dr. Niko’s office, and I had a great experience! I had my teeth examination and cleaning with Bessie who was very gentle and skillful. She was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of good advice on how to maintain my teeth health in my daily life, and I’m grateful for that. Dr. Niko was very experienced and pinpointed all my teeth issues and gave me a treatment plan right away.
