This is a great dental office. My dental hygentist, Abigail, was AWESOME! She did great at my cleaning and taking care of me. Much less painful than any other times I can remember (even compared to my previous dentist and he was terrific)! Dr. Jantz has other EDS patients and was very nice. I am glad I found this office. I think I am in great hands here and would recommend seeing these folks!

The doctor and his assistant were unbelievable awesome is the best way to put it. There caring and listen to your concerns. I found a great dentist. I recommend going to this place for all your teeth work. Thank you both your were amazing.

Dr Patel is awesome and the entire staff is great. Had to go in today for a procedure. Dr Patel and Renee made it a very pleasant visit and calmed my anxiety. They are absolutely the best! Cannot thank you enough. I highly recommend them!

My first visit with this office!!! I was long overdue for my cleaning. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time I called and scheduled to the time I left their office. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Patel. They definitely made me feel like family there! Another HUGE perk for the office is they have amazing hours so it works out for busy schedules.

Dr. Patel & the hygienist Andrea are hands down amazing. They answer ALL my questions and even gave me a goodie bag for my first visit. I’ve been looking for a really good dentist for a while and I’m glad I finally found one, will definitely be recommending!

My expectations were totally exceeded! From the ease of self scheduling my first appointment on line to the cleaning and the exam. The hygienist was wonderful and very gentle. The dentist made sure I understood things that may become issues later that they are going to watch. I would definitely highly recommend this practice.

Love all peoples who working at Dentist as they all friendly also great to have lady Heather that who can sign language which great access for the deaf with easy communications. Will explain everything what need to be done and gentle. To make sure we understand what’s going on. ☺️

First time there! I love them! If I could give 10 stars I would. They listen to you and go over everything with you. I have a fear of dentist's and they let me keep the weighted xray shield on for my appointment. I didn't even have to ask. It may seem silly but I am a Leo so I am use to having weighted vests and it helps calm my anxiety. It made my appointment that much easier. Thank you! I highly recommend them to anyone.

They were great!! Squeezed me in as a new patient, when I had a slight emergency, same day, when my own dental office wouldn’t even get me in after 2 weeks. The office was very neat and clean. Staff was exceptional, friendly, made sure I was comfortable, no pain with procedure. Will be returning for all my dental needs. Thanks again. I appreciate the quick, friendly, service!!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Very welcoming, quick, and reasonably priced. I have my first appointment scheduled in November, but they got me in on the afternoon I called for a chipped tooth. Above and beyond. Thank you, Dr. Stear and staff!

Abigail is awesome as a dental hygenist. She goes slow, explains what she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable. Ravi aka Dr Patel is awesome too. The take away the fear of the ddntist and listen to all your concern and questions. The office staff is very friendly and helpful too! They are the best!

Truly, the best Dental experience ever! Everyone is so nice from the second you walk in the door open till you are being treated. Dr. Patel always makes me feel so comfortable in the room and explains everything that he’s doing so that I have no questions! They also have multiple locations, so no matter where you live in the greater Charleston area, there should be a convenient location for you and I definitely recommend checking them out

I am a new mom and I came in for my appointment with my infant son and had nobody to watch him and nothing for him to sit in. One amazing employee held him for over 30 minutes while I got my teeth cleaned until my husband came from work to get him. I was embarrassed about showing up in that situation and the staff was so kind and nonjudgmental, which I am so grateful for. Aside from that, everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly, from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist, Dr. Stokes. I plan to continue visiting this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional dental services.

I had a filling come out on a Tuesday evening causing some pain & sensitivity. I called into the Nexton office first thing (7:30a.m.) Wednesday morning & spoke with Kim at the front desk. She was quickly able to get a same day emergency. appointment by 10:30a.m. to take care of my issue. Renee was a pleasure to work with & I enjoyed our conversation we had that was taking my mind off of some of the pain I was experiencing, she was kind & understanding & did a great job taking my X-rays. Dr. Ravi came in to see exactly what needed to be done. Once he had a plan of action, it was game on! He numbed me up which was funny by the way because he was jiggling one hand while injecting the novacaine with the other in which I didn't even feel the sting that I normally do 🤣! I was in & out in less than 45 minutes, amazing! The people who work here do stellar work which is why I continue to come here & I tell everyone I know about River Landing! Amazing job Kim, Renee & Dr. Ravi, keep up the great work!!!

If you are looking for a new dental office, look no further. I have *extreme* dental anxiety and break down into a teary mess every time I go. I’ve been here twice now and have been treated with so much kindness, patience, and I have never felt judged. They are incredibly empathetic and very talented. Kellen, Deena, and Dr. Will have all worked with me so far and are so wonderful with what they do. I avoided the dentist for years because of some negative and painful experiences, and I truly felt like everyone at Nexton took that into consideration when working on me. Thank you so much to everyone here. I don’t look forward to coming back BUT I feel comfortable and safe and much less anxious doing so than I ever have in the past.

From Sarah at the front office to Andrea the hygienist and Dr Z - my experience was wonderful! Not every dentist appointment is pleasant however I felt relaxed and Andrea did an AMAZING JOB working in my mouth. She was gentle, took her time doing a VERY thorough job, answered my questions and was very knowledgeable (22 year's) I have to come back for a crown so I'll update after my next appointment 😁

The staff was very professional yet friendly. The Dentist Dr. Patel was so gentle and explained everything he was doing step by step. In each room has 2 TV's really nice for the patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

This was my first appointment at River Landing Dental in Nexton and was very pleased with the office and staff. Christine H. did man excellent job cleaning and polishing my teeth and also x-rays. And she did an awesome job to make me feel comfortable and explained how I could better take care of my teeth. Dr Stear also made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job during my exam throughly explaining my future dental work that I would need to have done. I found the exam room to be very clean and modern compared to other offices that I have been to. They even have TVs mounted from the ceiling! The front desk staff were very helpful scheduling my next appointment and explaining how my insurance plan from out of state works. I can say that I truly enjoyed my experience!
