The nurse Julie, was top notch. Helpful, answered all my questions and very gentle shot giver and. I would recommend the fairlawn office to any one who needs vaccinated before their trip.

I had a great experience. Despite traveling to several countries, this was the first time I had to get vaccines before a trip. Nurse Patty was wonderful. She had everything laid out and went over all the vaccines in detail. I highly recommend as the service was amazing.

Nurse Patty was knowledgeable and laid out all of my recommendations clearly. She helped me decide what would be most beneficial to me and the trip I will be taking. She offered other, non-medical, solutions as well, but with no pressure, just information. Patty was friendly and comforting, and helped me relax prior to my injections (not a fan of shots). I think she could put the biggest "needle-phobe" at ease. This is not a budget solution, but it is a one stop shop for all your travel vaccinations, especially ones that may be hard to come by. I knew I could get the vaccines cheaper other places, but I might have to go to more than one clinic, and to me saving time was more important than saving some money. I hope to continue traveling, and I will continue to use Passport Health and recommend them to anyone who needs vaccinations prior to travel.

I was referred to this office by our health department for an upcoming trip to South Africa. Nurse Lynette took care of me and was amazing and caring beyond my expectations. I do not do well in doctors offices and she was prepared to calm any issues I had and made my experience painless, well mostly haha. I would recommend her and this clinic to anyone looking for treatment prior to travel. Lynette is so good at her job. So glad I got this done here. 5 STARS

They do a good and thorough job here. Nurse Lynette was very helpful, reviewing the information she had on my destinations as well as the information my physician had sent me. It took a while for us to cover everything, and she never rushed - even though my appointment had started late. Very impressive set-up, and I was very happy with the outcome.

I had an excellent experience at Passport. The office space was clean and had useful flyers spread throughout. There also were products available within the conference room. I had Nurse Lynette. She was absolutely incredible. I have a history of fainting with vaccines and Nurse Lynette made sure I had the best experience. She made sure I was comfortable, brought me ice and water, and made sure that the vaccines were over quickly. She was social and open about her own experiences. She really was the best, and most caring, nurse I have had. I would recommend her to anyone who is nervous about shots. 10/10 will be going back.

My experience with Lynette was great!! She was the best nurse ever. She made me feel welcome and safe. We talked about all of her suggested vaccines and I chose which to receive. She really educated me on my trip. Then, she knew I was very scared of getting shots because I have a reaction where all of my blood pressure drops and I faint afterwards. I've never felt better getting shots - she had so many "tricks" that helped me!! I have to go back next week for my final vaccination and I am definitely not dreading it anymore! For someone traveling for business that needs to get shots, I highly recommend signing up online for an appointment. It is quick and easy and the office is very clean and nice. If you get Lynette you will be lucky!!! :)

I really like it. Getting vaccinated against yellow fever is like visiting my sister. Judy is a very nice officer. Give the vaccine with a very steady hand. It hurts a little, like an ant bite. Judy is very kind.
