    Handmade baked per order with fresh ingredients. Amazing texture and right thickness of the dough with perfectly crispy crust. It was indeed unique pizza pie baked with heart by the friendly chef who is the local business owner!

    All I can say is wow. One of the best pizzas I have had. We got one with vegan cheese and it was the best non-dairy cheese I have had. You would think it was regular cheese. And the rest of the pizza was just as good. Definitely will be making Manitou Baked our go to pizza place. Keep up the good work Eddie!

    I’m going back for the pizza, but the shaved ice? Top notch chefs kiss it was so good after a hot day on barr trail. Mike and Eddy were so nice and make their own syrups from unique ingredients. Can’t wait to go back.

    Great Find with Fantastic Pizza! I’ve paid way more for far worse in Denver, walk right past Hells Kitchen Pizza and up on the right you’ll find this gem, be prepared to take it to go, the place is small, but definitely worth it!

    Just tried for first time in Manitou Springs. Pizza was hot, crust not too thick, and delicious toppings. Ordered with sausage and almost all the veggies. Ed is super nice and the place inside has one bistro table and benches. Super cool place with family/small business vibe! Please support small businesses!

    Best pizza in town. Perfect handmade crust and the toppings were very good. We enjoyed talking with the chefs mother while waiting for our delicious pizza. My picky kids even loved the pizzas. Do yourself a favor and try the pizza.

    One of the best pizzas we have had and we are def foodies! This pizza was amazing and fresh ingredients! Very unique unlike any pizza you will get anywhere else as far as taste! We have told everyone about this place support local only downfall is not open on weekend 😢
