First stay at the Piney resort and we are defintley coming back. The kids and adults loved it. We had 2 cabins and I loved the convenience of cooking our food but also being able to go outdoors and roast smores. The kids loved all the fun games they had. And my mother in law and I enjoyed an early morning walk 🚶‍♂️ to the next Depot and loved reading the signs and history. it's right off the trace very safe and I liked the peacefulness of this small resort. Very clean and new feeling. 👌 The cost was very fair for all you got.

This was our second time staying and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! Me and my husband went alone for our first visit and loved it so much we came back with our two little ones! The places are cozy, quiet and clean! Sean is incredibly accommodating and friendly! We have made some great memories here and look forward to more in the future! Wehighly recommend stay at Longleaf Piney Resort! :)

Absolutely beautiful location. The tiny houses are super cute! Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Peaceful and loved the rain shower head.

Sean was an incredible host. Everything was set up in the tiny house before we arrived. And the check in/check out instructions were a breeze with no people interaction required. Although Sean was readily available by phone, text, or email if needed. The camp itself was right next to the trace and there were many unique tiny houses to stay in. It was so cool and incredibly reasonably priced. We are a family of 3 and had a wonderful time!

We had a great time staying here! Our tiny house was so clean, and comfortable. We also enjoyed renting an e-bike and riding up and down the Long Leaf Trail. We brought food in and made dinner over the campfire, but we also enjoyed sleeping in the A/C and being able to shower in the morning! This place was terrific, and we will be recommending it to all our friends and family!

The Piney Resort on The Longleaf Trace is a good place to stop for a couple of nights. Must call and make reservations before going. You can find them on Facebook and you can look on YouTube for more information.

These tiny homes are ADORABLE. Very clean. Great water pressure and each one is a little bit different. They even had (free) bikes to take and return. The entrance is steps away from the Longleaf bike/walking trail. We will def be back to try out a different tiny home!

We stayed in the Humdinger cabin and it was amazing! All the comforts we needed, but also lots of fun hiking and games to play and fires to make and roasting marshmallows. We can’t wait to return this fall!

There is No words To say how awesome just place is. Place was very clean and neat. The owner is one awesome guy. It's not if we're coming back.We are coming back and It will be three or four times a year. The best mini-vacation I have ever been had. This place is for the family or A group or Just a two of you. There's no doubt if you don't book a couple nights with him. You are missing out On a little bit of heaven on earth. All you need to bring is yourself And The family And Some food. They have everything you need in their little houses .

The Longleaf Piney resort is a perfect setting for those who want to be in the outdoors yet experience the conveniences of home. Our sibling bike ride on the trace was enhanced with our stay at the resort. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch after our adventures. We plan to return next year.

The tiny homes feel very cozy and like home. It’s perfect for those who don’t want to camp outside in a tent, but still want to experience the outdoors. The property both inside and around outside was very well kept. Plenty of bikes to choose from for a relaxing ride on the trace. 15 minutes from delicious food such as Southland Bagel Co and Patio44. Close to attractions as well such as the Hattiesburg Zoo. This was a great place to stay for the weekend and decompress! I wish we would’ve booked for longer, 2 nights wasn’t enough to fully enjoy!! My only recommendation is to get a hot tub, that would make the experience even greater!!

This was a perfect spot to visit with family members - we rented several houses. We had a great campfire and cookout and had everything we needed including bikes!
