This used to be great company but ever since they expanded things have fell off. Multiple times in the past 6 months they missed my delivery and said it was delivered. They did refund me right away but the whole point of meal is to save time and eat healthy. The food quality and portions have drastically changed. Ordered the Franky edger and no joke there was one and half strips of steak. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Already found a better one.

Get shredded and be healthy yeah I’m in! This place has quickly become my favorite! First customer service is great; super friendly and knowledgeable. I just asked for a quick meal inside no description other than telling them a bodybuilding meal low fat boom!! They Hit me with the chicken parm 60 protein / 60 carb/ like 7 fat right where I like my meals at plus it was delicious all the ingredients tasted fresh especially the chicken fully cooked but still juicy which for me is hard to find. The ordering process for delivery is quick, way quick no weird days to have to try to wait to get your food. They have a rewards program I’m already getting free food! The best part is all the extra time to hit your fitness goals think about it! Less store trips, no dishes to wash, no smelling your last batch of chicken and eating those last 5 day old breasts!! I can’t say enough good things about this company. We got our first delivery on Sunday and while the first meals were perfect, tonight (Monday) had some issues. I reached out to customer service and Violet from the customer service team got back to me within literally minutes with a full resolution and replacement meals. ECB has just gained two very happy and loyal customers.

I have been a long-time customer of eat clean bro. NEVER one complaint. Food is consistently fresh and delicious. Any issues I have ever encountered (too few to even remember) have been handled promptly and fairly. The specials on their menu change every other week and they have new surprises for some of their specials. I just had their French Onion Chicken and boy was it delicious. I hope it remains on their menu as a permanent item because I will definitely order it again. Portions are perfect for one person and just enough for one person. Hands down the best food delivery service I've ever tried.The food is REAL, it tastes amazing, it arrives fresh made the day prior and never frozen. I was really impressed by the taste of the food and quality of the ingredients. My first order was 10/19 and I just placed my second order yesterday. This company is legit and no gimmicks - healthy quality food at affordable prices.

Delicious and nutritious. First time eating here, I had a bunch of questions which the fantastic, beautiful girl behind the counter answered with ease. She help me make a selection and also informed me about other locations and delivery options. She also informed me that they also do breakfast and suggested I try the breakfast quesadillas. Really good food and customer service. Friend recommended to try told me they give a high military discount.. I believe it’s like 30 percent ..was shocked most places don’t discount that high at all. Just a slight recommendation more marketing for the discount to military, etc told some few friends they come here now because of it . Regardless of the discount I still love the food but it helps me pack the fridge more greatly appreciated.

I was informed by email hours before my Sunday delivery that driver was in an accident and delivery would be Monday. I emailed back asking for a window without a reply. Everyone works out of the home on a Monday and I can’t leave food sitting outside. No response. I called Monday morning and was told 5-5:30. Food was delivered at 3:00 and sat outside for two hours on a hot humid day. Two out of 12 paid meals were not delivered. Customer service line hangs up instead of answering the call. I want a refund for the two meals never received. The other 10 I most likely have to throw out since they are warm and left in the sun for two hours. UPDATE: after multiple ignored emails, DMs and attempted calls, Jamie the owner texted me on Tuesday morning. He came up with a generous solution and thanked me for bringing this matter to his personal attention.

I have been eating these meals everyday for a month now. They are top tier meals. I have tried SEVERAL fitness meal delivery services and nothing is as good as eat clean bro. The chicken taste good whether you eat it right away or freeze and unfreeze it. The quality of their food it’s delicious. I’m very pleased with delivery options as well.

They just change their delivery from local delivery to now UPS, which is fine but now the delivery dates are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. I would feel most people like delivery on Sunday to have their meal prep food for Monday through Friday. Not a fan and I've been ordering from them for over 6 years. With this change, I am probably no longer a customer, what the heck ECB
