Update: The OC manager and shop manager called me, they wanted to find a way to improve their services next time I came in. They did, the next two times I came in, there was NOT grease on the steering wheel, seat belt or the inside of the truck, and they repaired everything they said they would (instead of only 1 thing out of 2-3 things), and the AC finally worked for more than a couple hours (3rd times the charm :) What impressed me most was his professionalism and kindness. Schneider is an awesome company to work for! ——- This a review for the mechanic repairs. Each time I have had to have repairs here, I drop off my truck and drive the 1.5 hours home. In a couple days when my truck is done, I speak to the mechanic at the Dallas OC over the phone to make sure each item was fixed. Then, I make the 1.5 hour drive back into to Dallas OC. They always fail to fix something. This time it was my driver side tag axle tires. They had the wear bars showing (a DOT violation). I even put it in writing, which tires needed changed. It was obvious though, all the other tires had been changed a month before at a tire bank and looked great. Oh my gosh...they gave me 6 brand new tires in back (replacing the brand new tires), but left the bald tires on that I requested changed! Last time, I needed my seat belt fixed, it was broken. They did not fix it. Each time I have to get into the “quick fix line” (which takes several hours)to get the items fixed that they failed to do properly. On top of everything, there are greasy finger prints everywhere. My orange seat belt, that I’ve kept clean, now has tons of black greasy finger prints all over it. They take NO pride in their work. They also left raw wires exposed when they fixed the seat belt electrical wire to stop the constant ringing. UPDATE: They supposedly fixed my AC yesterday. Nope, it’s only 80 degrees out and my truck is not cooling down. The air blowing out is outside temp.

It's a lovely, newer facility. However, lack of a fuel island and lack of parking closer to the building so that drivers can just run in and get something and run right out mean that I will rarely stop here. And don't get me started on one of the slowest shops in the company. If you're an owner-operator, the Laredo shop is a better fit, at least in my experience.

This facility needs more cameras or something. This is the second time my truck/trailer have been hit and DAMAGED while on home time. I don’t mean a scratch either I mean real out of pocket damage expense. On top of that there is constantly bobtails and dropped trailers in transient spots. Not to mention this yard more than any other Schneider yard takes all day to let you in or out the gate

I absolutely love this place! I went to orientation/training here and come back often. It is always a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and professional. You have showers, laundry, gym, cafeteria, store, lobby and quite room, of course maintenance and truck wash. You can get a good nights rest or 34 hour reset and go! I love it here. Schneider 🧡

I’ve been working for Schneider for two yrs now, the company it’s self is not bad at all. But the employees at the front desk at this operation center they really don’t know how to speak to drivers, they don’t know how to control their tone either. It looks like they don’t have respect to drivers. Especially these two black employees. They think they own this place.

Very friendly staff at this OC. Very nice showers. Staff will help to get drivers showers if none are available. Great cafeteria as well. For some strange reason this OC has no wifi and even in the truck parking lot wifi signals are weak. Still great place to reset or stop. Gets busy during lunch time during the week with new hires everywhere and apparently some of them aren't toilet trained but not Schneider's fault I guess.

The worst place where I have been humiliated, they have mistreated me there, the teacher and a classmate are rude, egocentric racist, they like to humiliate and treat students badly, and even more so if we are Hispanic and do not speak the language well, I know perfectly well that it is a program in English but only They were asked to be a little kinder and have a little empathy. Those who touched me made me feel very bad. They even took me out of the class and took me to a separate room and told me a few things and made me cry but I hope life and may God repay her for all the evil she did to me and how she made me feel so humiliated in front of my classmates with her gestures and the way she treated me and her tall white partner.
