Update:
The
OC
manager
and
shop
manager
called
me,
they
wanted
to
find
a
way
to
improve
their
services
next
time
I
came
in.
They
did,
the
next
two
times
I
came
in,
there
was
NOT
grease
on
the
steering
wheel,
seat
belt
or
the
inside
of
the
truck,
and
they
repaired
everything
they
said
they
would
(instead
of
only
1
thing
out
of
2-3
things),
and
the
AC
finally
worked
for
more
than
a
couple
hours
(3rd
times
the
charm
:)
What
impressed
me
most
was
his
professionalism
and
kindness.
Schneider
is
an
awesome
company
to
work
for!

This
a
review
for
the
mechanic
repairs.
Each
time
I
have
had
to
have
repairs
here,
I
drop
off
my
truck
and
drive
the
1.5
hours
home.
In
a
couple
days
when
my
truck
is
done,
I
speak
to
the
mechanic
at
the
Dallas
OC
over
the
phone
to
make
sure
each
item
was
fixed.
Then,
I
make
the
1.5
hour
drive
back
into
to
Dallas
OC.
They
always
fail
to
fix
something.
This
time
it
was
my
driver
side
tag
axle
tires.
They
had
the
wear
bars
showing
(a
DOT
violation).
I
even
put
it
in
writing,
which
tires
needed
changed.
It
was
obvious
though,
all
the
other
tires
had
been
changed
a
month
before
at
a
tire
bank
and
looked
great.
Oh
my
gosh...they
gave
me
6
brand
new
tires
in
back
(replacing
the
brand
new
tires),
but
left
the
bald
tires
on
that
I
requested
changed!
Last
time,
I
needed
my
seat
belt
fixed,
it
was
broken.
They
did
not
fix
it.
Each
time
I
have
to
get
into
the
“quick
fix
line”
(which
takes
several
hours)to
get
the
items
fixed
that
they
failed
to
do
properly.
On
top
of
everything,
there
are
greasy
finger
prints
everywhere.
My
orange
seat
belt,
that
I’ve
kept
clean,
now
has
tons
of
black
greasy
finger
prints
all
over
it.
They
take
NO
pride
in
their
work.
They
also
left
raw
wires
exposed
when
they
fixed
the
seat
belt
electrical
wire
to
stop
the
constant
ringing.
UPDATE:
They
supposedly
fixed
my
AC
yesterday.
Nope,
it’s
only
80
degrees
out
and
my
truck
is
not
cooling
down.
The
air
blowing
out
is
outside
temp.
