PA Troy Fuchs was awesome and really made feel at ease. He was very thorough and explained every facet of my issue and expected recovery. Super friendly staff as well. I live 25 minutes away, but this will be my go-to UC.

When I pulled into the parking lot I was pleased that there was ample parking ,and easy to find. I walked in and they took me right away. The technician didn’t mind I was a little hard of hearing and she only had to stop and explain a couple of things. I’ll definitely go back here. The people there were first class!

Every person we encountered was friendly and professional. The doctor had a very good bedside manner with my two-year-old. We appreciated them being open on Easter Sunday. It saved us a trip to the emergency room!

They were able to X-ray my lungs on site, diagnose my problem , and order medication. The staff was very professional and I really liked the doctor. The facility was very clean and organized.

The staff was friendly and kind. They treated me with kindness and compassion. The were gentle which I greatly appreciated due to the pain I was in when I arrived. The entire experience was wonderful under difficult circumstances. Thank you.

The staff was knowledgeable & professional. They totally outclassed their big brother at the St. John's Mercy ER, who in February 2021 after car accident gave me an IV drug AED which inflicted continious & immediate Violent allergic reactions instead of the drug I take. In part bc the MD was not trained properly & was unaware of the Drug-Drug interaction between high power pain killers & many drugs including many AED's. As I am epileptic. This continued despite my insisting not to while I was halfway conscious. She said she was an epileptolist & knew what she was doing. Eventually an Attending MD stepped in a while later, overruled the other & saved my day as I'm alive & able to use this remarkable Urgent Care facility

Every single staff member was kind and calming. I was very panicked about a burn and every single person was caring and helpful when addressing/taking care of me. Excellent center.

The staff was excellent and they saw me so quickly! I was able to go be seen and treated and return to work all over my lunch hour with a few minutes to spare!

We came for a strep test, and not only was everyone wonderful with my 11 year old daughter, but our entire visit, from the time we left our house until we got home, was only 40 minutes. Greatly appreciated when your child isn't feeling well. Thank you Mercy!

Doctor I had was extremely patient and gave great advice once my tests came back clear. Never tried to make me leave and was very willing to sit and answer my many questions.

We tried this facility two times, close in time. The care was not effective and the cost was exorbitant, with no advance estimate of the cost, despite coverage by a typical health plan. We would not have gone back had we been warned about the high cost.

Amazingly skilled professionals! My Dr is so compassionate and knowledgeable! Nurses- in a class of their own-1st class
