This dentist hung up on me while we were discussing the charge to glue the side of a retainer back on for my son who was working out of town. The charge was the same as it would have been for a brand new retainer. I explained what had happened when I made the appt and was expecting a charge closer to $100, not $300.

We had an appointment for my boyfriend who was in excruciating pain and they said they could get him in and help him no problem. Showed up to the appointment and dr. Dennington looked in his mouth for less than a minute and was nothing but rude. Said that there’s no way you take care of your teeth and it would be a waste of his time to do anything because it would be ruined in three months. He did nothing but downgrade him and make him feel more insecure about his teeth problems rather than helping us and getting the problem fixed. There is absolutely no reason you should talk to people, let alone patients who come there to get help and problems fixed and pay you. Completely uncalled for and do not recommend this place at all. Dental anxiety is a real thing and lots of people have it and go through it. Definitely not something you should make someone feel bad about...makes people not want to go at all. Thanks for nothing but a horrible experience.
