Amazing beer, brats! Huge selection of meats to go too. 6 different beers on tap. Reasonably priced.

I dropped by for a drink on a nice fall afternoon, and it was fun looking through all their products for sale. There were lots of good looking sausages and cheeses for sale, and they were selling hot dogs at a good pace. I stuck with just getting an Octoberfest beer, and there was nice seating outside under the trees. The beer was very good, and was a great match to the weather. I’d like to try their other beers and maybe some food in the future.

This place is just so adorable & also DELICIOUS. Lots of unique food options, and good beer too! During the summer we sat outside, where they have a ton of good seating options.

Stumbled across this place by accident when looking for alternative parking for the produce station. The food was absolutely delicious, the cider was 10/10, and the music/atmosphere was so chill. I really enjoyed this place and will definitely be back.

If I could give Extra Stars for Service I would. Everything about this place is incredible. Friendly, professional staff that’s happy to make accommodations and easily remembers orders of regulars. They take the time to make the people who visit feel like home and offer a wide variety of options on site and to take home and cook for yourself. Definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area!!

I can't recommend biercamp enough. The food is unbelievable. I got the backwoods sandwich and cheddar bacon apple brawt. Both were amazing. The sandwich had a spicy mustard that complimented the Brisket perfectly. Brawts flavors were unbelievable. The char was perfect. For desert u got the oreo pudding and their cold brew coffee. If you want bbq in Ann Arbor, definitely visit biercamp.

Had to stop somewhere to eat and my wife wanted to go here since it has been awhile for her, and I never been. Ann Arbor is known for great pit stops of delicious foods and this place is right up there with the best in town. I order the Elk Sausage and it was fantastic to say the least. My wife had the loaded tots (definitely not called that, forgot what they were called) and they were loaded with pulled meat, sauce, pickles, slaw and a massive hint of savory deliciousness. So if you are around, make a stop here. You will not be disappointed to say the least. Bring home a grawler too.....we brought home two.

The sign got us in here and frankly says it all. Too much to try on one visit but found some jalapeño bratwurst and smoked salmon to die for. Very nice patio, a bit traffic noisy but all around an awesome unique place. Highly recommend, we will return soon!

Phenomenal place to eat! Staff was super kind and courteous, helped me find a good food option, the price was fair, and the food was DELICIOUS! I think I had the Smoked Bacon Cheddar Sausage and it was amazing! Their Oreo pudding was also incredible! Will definitely be going back!!

Awesome place for some beer, BBQ and brats. The best brat I had was the bacon cheddar, the second best maybe the Hawaiian. Definitely would like to try them all. The curry ketchup was icing on the cake, great place to eat!

This place is heaven…as someone from Wisconsin, I don’t take brats lightly but man oh man these brats are insane. So many fun varieties and they all taste amazing. The price is super reasonable for the high quality food and the quantity of it. I also love the atmosphere, it really feels like your at camp up north. Don’t miss out on their homemade beer either! The lager was solid and went well with my brat.

Had the brisket sandwich and loaded tots. Both were delicious! Will be back to try other items on their menu.

Awesome food and drinks! We tried the 16 hour pulled pork, 12 hour beef brisket and a chilli cheese bratwurst. Also got to try some agave amber ale and root beer (non-alcoholic). Great staff too. Great place to pick up food to take home as well.

Biercamp has really good beer! I especially like the Blonde Ale...one of the best beers I've ever had! Biercamp is a unique place. It's like a wilderness shack that sells fresh and frozen meats and cheeses, nano-brewed beer, and artisan German-style hot and cold food. I had the chili and chili dog, and they were both delicious. My wife liked her Elk summer sausage, smoked white cheddar cheese, crackers, pickles, and bacon fat soaked, sea salt smoked almonds. It's a place definitely worth checking out! Parking is in a small, dirt lot. There is only one small restroom on the side of the building. While there is a kid's table, I would not suggest taking kids here for a meal unless they like unique food. They do have root beer, floats, shakes, and a kids cone that would be kid-friendly. The only downside was the lack of indoor seating. It was really cold and the heaters were not enough to keep the two outdoor, tented seating areas warm. One of the two heaters in the larger tent was not working at all, so it was only warm if you sat right in front of the heater that was working. This place would be much more enjoyable in warmer weather.

I am from Texas and this is my favorite place to get brisket. They do it right with a delicious sauce and pickles and onions 🤤 My mom really enjoys their pulled pork sandwiches. For us this is a piece of our old home, Texas 😊 We've bought sausage and chorizo and also extremely yummy. I can't wait for the day that I try more of their menu but it's tough not to get their brisket. We saw pastrami and Reuben sandwiches on their menu. I'm already looking forward to my next visit 😋😋😋 BTW, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Also the extra seating next door is another great addition 👍🏼

Incredible sausages whether you are eating them there or taking them home. In addition to pork sausage they have chicken, lamb, elk and buffalo sausages. Many of the sausages have cheese also. I've been here only twice and I am in love. This place is special! I plan on being a regular here.

If you love BBQ, sandwiches, and or sausages I request to try Biercamp, one of the best places to get quality meats - everything is made in house! In the last couple of years the also added a micro-brewery for craft beers that are grossly enjoyable. I absolutely love this cute little place.

Stopped in on a one day beer trek. Hubsy never likes it when a brewery doesn't have a bar to sit at so we just each had one. We grabbed stools by the door but they had two ample enclosed heated tents and the people inside looked very cozy. He grabbed some meat sticks which he said were very good. Another lady was shopping for parodies. They also had dips, meat cuts, soups and jerky you could buy to take home.

Those feels you get when you find a incredible place that’s basically a meat market, but also prepares it for you as it should be is Biercamp. Phenomenal place for lunch & to purchase items to prepare for dinner that day. We will be back.

I've been wanting to eat here since a day the staff let me wait out a storm pre covid.. I finally got the chance and my Goodness it was yummy! I had the veggie brat but the real champ are the variety of pickles and sauces for me. I got the spicy garlic pickle chips and they paired perfectly with the goat cheese I get from another place, I have them on toast every am for breakfast. My friend loved his sandwich too but I'm making him make his own review. Keep it up my dudes

Great lunch! Loved the Chicago dogs and backwoods tater tots. Filling portions. I loved that you could customize the Chicago dogs with at least 5 versions of house made sausage, including two different cheddar sausages. Lots of outdoor seating.

Wow if you like your meats this place is for you. Every entrée I had was served hot and loaded with toppings. The bratwurst burger was awesome. You can wash it all down with a craft beer of your choice. Plenty of outdoor seating and equally important plenty of free parking.

Kept driving by this place during visits to Ann Arbor. Finally stopped in and so glad I did. The cheddar and ale brat was the best ever. The blonde ale was delicious. Every thing in the store looked amazing. Super friendly staff. Can’t wait for next visit.

I love a good roadside gem. I was walking to salvation army from central campus and stumbled on this treasure. They do their ciders in-house. Plenty of goods to take home.

Hands down the best vegetarian bratwurst I have ever had! They make their own using vegetarian “meat” and add their own flavors. There are usually one or two options available to eat there but they have even more flavors that are frozen that you can buy and cook at home. My favorite is the cheddar and ale.

Great product and lovely people. Smoked, cured, or otherwise meat go here. Sandwiches and sausages. 6 or so beers on tap. Small format. Order to eat outside.
