Originally met the crew when my car wouldn't start. They sent a couple guys over to help me out. It was something simple and they didn't try to upcharge me. The 2nd time was the deal breaker for this review. Ide hit a deer on the way to work. Busted my hood and headlights. They picked her up from my workplace and fixed her all in one day before I got off work. Even found a hood from the same model but a sturdy steel one compared to my old plexiglass. Great people and great service. I'm glad they're in our community!

Englert's saved our vacation! We broke down on the way to Holiday World with a camper in tow and didn't know who to call. They were referred to us by a few locals who stopped and asked if we needed help. They came to us right away on the side of the road and were able to get us diagnosed and fixed in no time. For emergency service, they were also very affordable! Highly recommend this business for any automotive needs you might have!

Just moved into area from California. During the trip the oil life warning came on in our Honda CRV. Shelly and Phill took on the job right away just a few minutes after we pulled in. Even though it was nearly closing time and they were very busy. They were very friendly. professional and reasonably priced. We'll be using them from now on.

My friend and I were on a cross country road trip when we discovered our car was smoking. It was after hours on a Friday night and we desperately needed help! Shelley and Phil dropped everything to come pick us up from the gas station we were stranded at, helped us change our oil and clean the engine, and did it all for a price that was frankly too low for the incredible service and human kindness that was provided. We would still be stuck at that gas station if it weren't for them, and I am literally eternally grateful to this amazing shop and its people. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, because that's what this place deserves! I can't recommend them enough!!

They did an awesome job with fixing a door ding, painting matching upper grille piece, and swapping over paint matched mirrors.

So I went in one afternoon after a whole fiasco with my car. I couldn't take it to the dealership which is what I was used to, so I got an oil change elsewhere, but when that oil change didn't fix the problem, the dealership then recommended to me a tire shop, they partly fixed the problem, but at Englert's they made my car feel great again (no more wobbling) within a matter of a couple hours. They are fast, efficient and if you ask, they will show you exactly what is wrong. I will be returning for all my future car needs while I'm in the area for school. They did wonderful work and made my car feel safe enough for the 9 hour drive I had to get back to the place I call home.

This place has been a BLESSING. My dad and I are driving from AZ to PA because I’m moving back home. Once we got to Indiana my car died and I had aaa come replace the battery….after that my car started but I had all these other symbols pop up and my wheel wouldn’t turn and we were stressed out because we still had 11 hours to drive home and we already were set back 3 hours. Found this body shop near by and was praying they would be able to help asap and thank god they were! We walked in and explained what was happening. Within 10 minutes they diagnosed the issue (missing belt and another worn one which explains the battery issues and all other issues). They were able to fix it up within 1 1/2 hrs and were even kind enough to let my dad and I borrow a car so we could hangout in town while we wait. I couldn’t recommend this place enough-I thought we were gonna be stranded in Indiana but they saved the day.

Went in for a quote on some work that needs done and still nothing. Have called them multiple times and still no quote. Going on 6 weeks.
